35 REGULAR MEETING November 9, 2016 PUPIL PERSONNEL SERVICES #2 BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Babylon Union Free School District located at 50 Railroad Avenue, Babylon, New York is providing Health and Welfare Services for children who are parentally-placed in nonpublic/parochial schools and reside within the boundaries of the Wyandanch Union Free School District from July 1, 2016 June 30, 2017 school year. RESOLUTION: BE IT RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, and having been reviewed by the General Counsel, that the Board of Education approves the agreement between the Wyandanch UFSD and the Babylon Union Free School District for the July 1, 2016 June 30, 2017 school year.
