Our theme for 2016 is Better Care for Longer, emphasising long-term recovery and outcomes. As always, we will bring together speakers from across the country, as well as a number of top international speakers, to provide a topical and up-to-date academic programme. Come and enjoy the many presentations offered by both international and national speakers, and improve your skills by enrolling for the workshops. And in addition, the evenings will allow you to enjoy the interesting social programme with colleagues and friends old and new. In short, this CCSSA Congress will allow you to relax, learn, and network. This is also the opportunity for you and the members of the trade to meet one another and learn what is on offer. The Free State, and Bloemfontein in particular, are very proud to invite you to participate in this event. We look forward to welcoming you to the 2016 National CCSSA Congress.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT A discounted registration fee applies to all CCSSA members. In order to qualify for the discount, please include your CCSSA registration number with your registration. An invoice will be issued once the organisers have received your registration. To avoid errors, please write your invoice number or initials and surname in the deposit reference block on the deposit slip or bank transfer. Payment can be made by electronic transfer (In the favour of Copicon) Once you have submitted your registration you will receive an confirmation of your registration and invoice, for your records

If cancellation is received three (3) months prior the congress, date a full refund will be applicable, less a 25% administration cost If cancellation is received two (2) months prior the congress date, a 50% refund will be applicable If cancellation is received one (1) month prior the congress date, no refund will be applicable unless exceptional circumstances exist. Circumstances will be evaluated and decided up by Council On-site Registration Where possible, we recommend that delegates pre-register and pay prior to their arrival for the Workshop and Congress, but on-site registration will be possible. Registration Packs Your registration pack will be available for collection from the Congress Registration Desk at Champagne Sports Resort at the following times: Wednesday 10 August Between 15:00 and 19:00 for those who want to attend the workshops on Thursday Thursday 11 August From 07:00 Friday 12 August From 07:00 Saturday 13 August From 07:00 Sunday 14 August From 07:00 ACCOMMODATION Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation reservations and payments. Visit and then click on Accommodation tab for a list of available accommodation in the Central Drakensberg. TRANSPORT For your convenience, the Congress Organisers have arranged bus transport from various cities to the Congress venue. Availability is strictly on a first come, first served basis. To secure your seat, full payment is required by 22 July Please note, the bus will depart punctually at the indicated times!

5 ROUTE 1 Thursday, 11 August Cost: R RETURN per person 10:00 Bus 1 departs Pretoria Station for OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg 11:30 Bus 1 departs OR Tambo Airport for Champagne Sports Resort and will drop delegates at their various hotels in the Central Drakensberg. Transport will be available daily between the various hotels in Central Drakensberg and Champagne Sports Resort (the Congress Venue). 13:00 Bus 1 departs from Champagne Sports Resort to OR Tambo Airport and Pretoria ROUTE 2 Cost: R RETURN per person 10:00 Bus 2 will depart from Bloemfontein via Bethlehem and Harrismith to Champagne Sport Resort and drop delegates at their various hotels in the Central Drakensberg Transport will be daily between the various hotels in Central Drakensberg to Champagne Sports Resort (congress venue) 13:00 Bus 2 departs from Champagne Sports Resort to Bloemfontein ROUTE 3 Cost: R RETURN per person 14:00 Bus 3 will depart from King Shaka Airport to Champagne Sport Resort and drop delegates at their various hotels in the Central Drakensberg Transport will be daily between the various hotels in Central Drakensberg to Champagne Sports Resort (congress venue). 13:00 Bus 3 departs from Champagne Sports Resort to Durban (King Shaka Airport) Please note: This is the only transport available to Durban on Sunday. Please do not book your return flights before 19:00. PARKING There is plenty of safe parking available at the Champagne Sports Resort (Congress Venue) ACCREDITATION The workshops and congress will be CPD accredited.
