4 EXHIBIT RATES CLVC 2018 Exhibitor Rates Early* Advance Standard 10 x10 inline $2,200 $2,450 Standard 10 x10 corner $2,450 $2,700 *Early price includes contracts received by C.O.B January 15, 2018 Pricing deadlines are as follows: Contracts received on or before January 15, 2018 require 50% deposit within 14 days of contract submission. Balance due January 16, Contracts received on or after January 16, 2018 require full payment within 14 days of contract submission. Cancelation of booth space must be provided in writing. If the exhibit contract is canceled on or before January 15, 2018, the exhibitor will receive a fifty percent refund of the total contracted booth space and sponsorship items.
