THE CASTLE DAYS OF LAW IN BANSKÁ BYSTRICA on the topic Identification of the tolerable rate of the legal areas autonomy and the current need for their synergy will be held on in the days 23rd 24th November 2017 within the premises of the Vígľaš castle

2 SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE The mission of the conference is to present the results of research activities in the fields of legal science, to create space for developing and deepening of the cooperation with domestic and foreign universities and legal praxis and exchange of experience and knowledge with scientific researchers and practicing jurists. The benefit of the conference should be also to intensify communication between the individual law schools and the possibility to publish scientific studies in peer-reviewed scientific proceedings. The conference is intended primarily for scientific research and scientificpedagogical personnel but also practicing lawyers. CONFERENCE SECTIONS 1. 6 INSTRUCTIONS Conference languages: Slovak, Czech, Polish, English Venue of the conference: The Castle Hotel The Grand Vígľaš, Vígľaš 602, Vígľaš, GPS coordinates: N, E Conference fee: 80 /40 Conference fee for active participation in the conference is 80 and covers the costs of the organization of the conference, catering (lunch, reception, lunch), refreshments during the conference and costs of publishing the papers. (The fee does not include accommodation and travel expenses.) Conference fee for passive participation in the conference is 40 and covers the costs of publishing the papers. In the case of co-authorship, each author must submit the application form separately with a note of who will be the co-author. In case of active participation in the conference, a conference fee is required separately for each participant. In the case of passive participation at the conference (just sending a paper), only one conference fee is paid for co-authorship.
