The subject of the conference is the continuation of the scientific discussion with the participation of interdisciplinary development threats in the aspect of information. No less important is cooperation in the field of research and teaching between domestic and foreign university employees. The main research problem of the conference is to find an answer to the question about the causes and

Only articles in Polish and English language will be accepted. Abstracts of the papers should be sent by electronic mail to the address: in the period until 13 April Deadline for send the full version articles until 31 May 2018 via The paper should be up to 10, A4 pages in total (including abstract and references). TITLE OF THE ARTICLE (14pt, in mother tongue, capital letters, bold, centering). TITLE OF THE ARTICLE (12 pt, in English language, capital, bold, centering). Abstract (12 pt, bold, capital letters), Text 1 x in mother tongue and 1 x in English translation, 10 lines maximum (Times New Roman, 11pt, tabulator stop of the first line of the paragraph 1, 25 cm; line spacing 1, fitting in block, all the margins of the page 2,5 cm). Keywords: keywords separated by commas, 1 x in mother tongue and 1 x in English translation (11 pt).
