PRESENTATION AND PROCLAMATION - MONTGOMERY COUNTY FIRE FIGHTERS' DAY The Fire Marshal presented Proclamations to the various fire fighting agencies involved in the Riley Road Fire, and thanked them for their assistance. Congressman Kevin Brady also addressed the Court with his appreciation of all the people who helped during that emergency. 3. 13 INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH HGAC APPROVED - COUNTY ATTORNEY Motion by Commissioner Doyal, seconded by Commissioner Chance, to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with Houston-Galveston Area Council for Montgomery County to act as the service provider under a grant program to provide law enforcement training at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Academy, and authorize execution of the agreement on behalf of the Court.
