COMMISSIONER MEADOR ARRIVED. PRESENTATION AND PROCLAMATION - MONTGOMERY COUNTY FIRE FIGHTERS' DAY The Fire Marshal presented Proclamations to the various fire fighting agencies involved in the Riley Road Fire, and thanked them for their assistance. Congressman Kevin Brady also addressed the Court with his appreciation of all the people who helped during that emergency. 3. OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES - MCMHTF Motion by Commissioner Chance, seconded by Commissioner Meador, to acknowledge receipt of fully executed copy of agreement between Montgomery County and the Texas Department of State Health Services for operation of the Montgomery County Mental Health Treatment Facility, originally approved M15/ Motion carried. 12. ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES - RECEIPT ACKNOWLEDGED - MCMHTF Motion by Commissioner Chance, seconded by Commissioner Rinehart, to acknowledge receipt of the minutes for MCMHTF Advisory Board meetings conducted between January 1, and August 31, Motion carried. 14. APPOINTMENT APPROVED - ACTING DIRECTOR OF NURSING - MCMHTF Motion by Commissioner Chance, seconded by Commissioner Meador, to approve the appointment of Deborah L. Dahlen-Barker, as Acting Director of Nursing. Motion carried.
