June 2, Moved by Kevin M. Janak and seconded by Danny Garcia, the Commissioners Court approved the minutes of the meeting held May 27, Motion adopted. CITIZENS COMMUNICATION: (2-1:11) 2. June 2, Donald R. Pozzi, County Judge, opened the meeting to anyone wishing to address general County business which was not on the meeting agenda. Judge Pozzi expressed his thanks, on behalf of the Commissioners Court, to law enforcement, emergency personnel, and all others who responded to and volunteered during last week s tragedy at the Oak Colony Estates Subdivision. Hearing no further comments, Judge Pozzi continued to the next agenda item. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: (3-3:52) 3. June 2, Moved by Clint C. Ives and seconded by Gary Burns, the Commissioners Court approved the accounts payable as presented by the County Auditor: Regular Accounts 6/2/2014 $864, Summary Accounts 5/23-5/29/2014 $157, Motion adopted.

Motion adopted. BOND FORFEITURE RELEASES: (5-5:04) 5. June 2, None. INTERIM VENDOR PAYMENTS CITIZENS MEDICAL CENTER: (6-5:08) 6. June 2, Moved by Gary Burns and seconded by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved the interim vendor payments dated May 29, 2014, in the amount of $1,237, Motion adopted. REPORT PRE-TRIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR - JOIN - REGIONAL PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR CAPITAL CASES PROGRAM VICTORIA (7-5:44) 7. June 2, Passed at this time with no action taken. REPORT ARCHITECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS VICTORIA (8-6:07) 8. June 2, The Commissioners Court heard a report from Rawley McCoy of Rawley McCoy and Associates and Scott Stridde, Principal Engineer of Stridde, Callins & Associates regarding Victoria County Capital Improvement Projects. Mr. McCoy and Mr. Stridde answered questions from the Court. No action taken. TASK ORDER MASTER CONTRACT MISCELLANEOUS ON-GOING PROJECTS RAWLEY MCCOY & ASSOCIATES VICTORIA (9-29:10) 9. June 2, Moved by Gary Burns and seconded by Clint C. Ives, the Commissioners Court approved Task-Order from Rawley McCoy & Associates to the Master Contract for miscellaneous on-going projects. Motion adopted.

Ives and seconded by Gary Burns, the Commissioners Court authorized to advertise for construction bids for the Victoria County Goldman Street Renovation Project. Motion adopted. RESOLUTION DELEGATING VICTORIA COUNTY JUDGE AS SELECTION OF OFFEROR CITIZENS HEALTHPLEX CROSSFIT BOX PROJECT VICTORIA (11a-30:44) 11a. June 2, Moved by Danny Garcia and seconded by Gary Burns, the Commissioners Court approved the resolution delegating Victoria County Judge Donald R. Pozzi as selection of offeror in connection with the Citizens Healthplex Crossfit Box Project. Motion adopted. ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OPERATION STONEGARDEN GRANT 2012 VICTORIA (13-34:22) 13. June 2, Judge Donald R. Pozzi stated that the 2012 Operation Stonegarden Grant Adjustment Notice returns $89,000.00, in unused grant funding to the State Administrative Agency to be reallocated to another eligible County. Moved by Kevin M. Janak and seconded by Gary Burns, the Commissioners Court approved the 2012 Operation Stonegarden Grant Adjustment Notice. Motion adopted. RECEIVE - GRANT EXTENSION RURAL VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TEXAS FOREST SERVICE VICTORIA (14-35:57) 14. June 2, Judge Donald R. Pozzi stated that the Victoria County Fire Marshal has received a two month extension to the Texas Forest Service Rural Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Program Grant, extending the original date of July 11, 2014 to September 11, Moved by Gary Burns and seconded by Clint C.
