Personnel Report (Includes all items that do not require specific discussion or action such as approval of minutes, payment of bills, employment of personnel, resignations, and acceptance of bids. Board members shall be provided with background information regarding each item appearing on consent agenda. All items on consent/agenda will be acted upon under a single motion. Any item appearing on consent agenda may be removed on request of one Board member prior to motion and second to approve. All items removed from consent agenda will be considered separately.)
