2 816 jkti=] fgekpy izns'k] 17 ebz] os'kk[k] 1932 Conditions for Wholesale/ Retail Dealers and Consumers:- 01. The Wholesaler of Kinnaur District shall report to the Distt. Controller, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kinnaur and the authorized Inspector regarding receipt of K. Oil Tanker before proceeding on route and supply only to those authorized Retailers, who have been specifically mentioned in the Route Chart. 02. The Wholesale Dealer will issue PDS K. Oil only to the authorized retailer/ Fair Price Shop/ Persons and will get signatures on the Cash Memo and shall keep the record for inspection purpose. 03. The Wholesale Dealer would make all arrangement to purchase/ lift monthly allotted quota within the fixed period. 04. No Retailer shall sell or offer for sale a quantity of Kerosene oil more than the quantity so fixed by the Govt. as given below on any consumer Card at one time. Both the Wholesaler/ Retailer shall have to display the stock as well as rates at their place of business in Dev Nagri script. 07. No Consumer Card holder shall further sell K. Oil purchased from the Fair Price Shop against their Consumer Card. 08. The Wholesaler of K. Oil would submit monthly report of K. Oil (as per prescribed proforma given below) received and supplied to the authorized Fair Price Shops/ Depot during the month along with the Cash Memo issued to the Depot Holder. Agency owner/distributor shall issue cash memo s to every consumer howing complete name and address with consumer number and keep a duplicate copy of the same for the purpose of inspection. 02. The L. P. G.Agency owner/distributor shall not pressurize or require the purchaser of any article [L.P.G. Connection], to purchase at the same time any other article [Gas Stove/Hot Plate etc.] as condition for the purpose of that article [L.P.G. Connection], while/at the time of issuing new Gas connection and shall issue Gas connection as per the seniority of booking as maintained by the agency. A proper record shall be maintained and kept available at the agency office for inspection. 03. The L. P. G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall display the daily stock position and prices of the L. P. G. Cylinders [Refills] at a conspicuous place at the premises of the Gas Agency. 04. The L. P. G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall make the booking of the refills on telephone also as per the request of the consumers. 05. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall not charge more than the price [Transportation & Cooliage] fixed by the Distt. Magistrate Distt. Kinnaur (HP). 06. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor will allow cash and carry rebate of Rs: 8/- per refill when the refill is issued from the Godown. 07. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall keep at least thirty Five (35) Refills in reserve at all times to meet out the demand of essential services, which will be released as per the directions of the Distt. Administration & the Distt. Controller/F&SO/Inspector Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs of the area concerned. 08. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor will issue T.V. in and Out, as the case may be on the same day when asked by the customers to do so. 09. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall not deliver domestic cylinder to the Hoteliers / Dhabha-walas/Halwaies etc or to other commercial establishments etc. 10. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall sell the commercial cylinders to the after including the transportation/cooliage charges as have been fixed for domestic 14.2 Kgs. Domestic cylinder in respect of each areas.

Agency Owner/Distributor shall also ensure to supply LPG Refills to the consumers on theterms and conditions/jurisdiction laid down by the concerned Oil Company and also ensure that the refill supplied to the consumer is having standard weight, sealed and equipped with safety cap. For this purpose a weighing scale shall be kept in every delivery van. 12. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall also ensure immediate redressal of complaint lodged by the consumer for leakage and other reasons with out further loss of time and render the services of a trained mechanic, free of cost keeping in view the security measures. 13. The L.P.G. Agency Owner/Distributor shall also ensure to furnish timely monthly report immediately at the end of every month on a prescribed Performa or as and when required by the Distt. Controller, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo in respect of receipt and distribution of LPG cylinders. 14. During the period of shortage of LPG refills the distributor shall distribute LPG refills to the consumers on the directions of the District Magistrate/Distt. Controller/F&SO, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo and concerned Inspector Food and Supplies. 15. Any contravention will be viewed seriously and action under the provision of the L.P.G. (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000 and the H. P.
