In the matter of leave and traveling allowance they will be governed by the Rules as applicable to the State Government employees. 6. Their services will be purely on tenure basis and as such they will not be entitled to any other service benefits viz pension, gratuity and encashment of leave etc. The above terms and conditions can further be revised and amended as per requirement from time to time. Madam / Sir, In continuation of Commission s letter No. SEC (16)-2/ (in respect of Panchayati Raj Institutions) and dated 10th April, 2015 (in respect of Urban Local Bodies) vide which the Commission had issued detailed instructions to generate working copies of the Draft Electoral Rolls in respect of Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies on the basis of Database of Election Commission of India. Where the process of reorganization in Panchayati Raj Institutions / Urban Local Bodies is going on and the adjoining Panchayats / Municipalities are affected due to this process the stage of working electoral roll may please be shifted latest by 25th September, The draft electoral rolls so prepared shall be published for the information to general public for inviting claims and objections for wrongful entries. The programme / Schedule for this purpose will be issued by the Commission soon. Six copies of the draft electoral roll will be sufficient for publication at different places in accordance with the ibid Rules. It is also requested to start printing of these six copies immediately. For this purpose the stationery has already been supplied. The ink cartridges / other material required for printing may please be procured locally at your own level. The payment for which will be made by the respective District Panchayat Officers-cum Assistant District Election Officers. Because, the claims and objections shall be filed before the Revising Authorities, you are required to appoint appropriate Revising Authorities in respect of Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies of respective Blocks / Municipalities immediately. The authority so appointed shall not be below the rank of Tehsildars / Naib Tehsildar in respect of Municipalities; and Block Development Officers in respect of Panchayats.
