Every Cambodian people in all the classes of Khmer society, felt fear, were frighten and scared every day that they live in the cage of torture, murder, and terrorism, led by Hok Lundy, Hun Sen and Hanoi government. When Cambodian people heard that Hok Lundy died in the helicopter explosion on November 9, 2008, this news made every Cambodian person feel happy until they have forgotten to analyze that Death. of course, Hok Lundy faked his death and is still alive, living in Hanoi capital in Vietnam. He is living in the richest life and he always goes and comes into Cambodia freely. Why did we dare to confirm that Hok Lundy is still alive and faked death? Why does Hanoi s government need to make the play by the faked death of Hok Lundy? I-The truth that Hok Lundy is faked death: 1-Sources of high rank figures and officials of CPP who always felt hatred toward Hun Sen, affirmed that they saw Hok Lundy in Hanoi capital of Vietnam and he always goes and comes into Cambodia. 2-Khiev Kanharith, government spokesman, at about 10:30 PM (Cambodia time) on Noverber 9, Khiev Kanharith confirmed that 4-star general Hok Lundy died during the helicopter crash incident while traveling from Phnom Penh to Svay Rieng during a private trip in a private helicopter. Why does Khiev Kanharith know that Hok Lundy died in the helicopter s explosion? 1

That Hok Lundy did not leave Phnom Penh and the helicopter was not explosion by lightning, into pieces to make food. Why did CPP and Hun Sen dared to proclaim that there was Hok Lundy among 4 people who died in helicopter s explosion? 4-Phnom Penh s government hasn t allowed the international agents to investigate the crime s scene of the helicopter s explosion and they didn t allow F-B-I (USA) to investigate the crime s scene too. For example, after Lenin died in Soviet Union, Stalin took the best time to massacre and purge Trotsky and his followers and then Stalin took the monopolized power in his hand. Cambodia become the hell under the control of Hanoi s government that using the torture, murder, and terrorism to rule the daily life activities of Cambodian people strictly in their hand. 4 squad and co-founder of the Secret criminal organization of Special Organization of Youths (S.O.Y) with Hun Sen, Chea Sim, and Chea Sophara, that these secret criminal organizations have always killed many Cambodian people and politicians including steal, rob, kidnap, murder, and terrorism, such as the terrorism using hand-grenades attach on Cambodian civil demonstration in front of former-national Assembly building on 30, March 1997, killed Mr. Ho Sok, Mr.Chao Sambath, Mr.Chea Rithy Chhut, poison Mr.Sak Sutsakorn, Mr.Prom Vith, Mr.Thu Thon, killed Mr.Chea Vichea, Mr.Om Rasady, shot singer star Miss.Toch Sreynich and shot the film starmrs.piset Palika, as well as shot death the opposite parties activists include the human trafficking, and illegal drug trafficking etc. all of these were done by Hok Lundy relating to Hun Sen under the plan and control of Hanoi government as the systematic organization network. If they make the faked death of Hok Lundy to wash and bury their crimes, making USA and international community don t care of crimes in Cambodia anymore that relating to Hun Sen Hanoi government, because they think that every evidences are buried with Hok Lundy s death, so they don t have the evidences and witness to condemn Hun Sen Hanoi s government. So the faked death of Hok Lundy is the drama of Hanoi s government and Hun 4

5 Sen to confuse and misunderstand of Khmer nation and the international community about their crimes. 3-To reduce the wrath and painful of Cambodian people: Every classes of Cambodian people who are the victims because of Hok Lundy, always felt hatred, paint, fear and need to revenge against Hok Lundy who always killed their children, husband, wife, and relatives, imprisoned especially the secret criminal organization of Backy, S.O.Y and the black shirt death squad who killed, murder, make terrorism, human trafficking and illegal drug trafficking, steal, rob and kidnap...make them lost many Cambodian people lost their property. All crimes related to Hun Sen Hanoi s government. When Cambodian people heard the news of Hok Lundy was death, they are so happy and they consider the curse of God condemn Hok Lundy s sin and they stop angry against Hun Sen Hanoi s government too. 4-To reduce the fear and carefulness of Cambodian people: Every Cambodian people considered that Hok Lundy was the major killer with violently who has the special rights to kill Cambodian people freely and when they knew Hok Lundy was death, they wasn t felt fear and they are always careless too until they forgot Hun Sen Hanoi s government ordered Hok Lundy did, until Hun Sen and CPP can t used the electricity shock thousand of Cambodian people in Koh Pich on 22 November, Therefore the death of Hok Lundy was the faked death to wash and bury the crimes of Hun Sen Hanoi s government, to confuse and misunderstand the international community, reduce the wrath and paint of Cambodian people, and reduce the fear and care of Cambodian people thinking about the crimes of un Sen Hanoi, so Hun Sen Hanoi s government can continue their genocidal crimes against Cambodian people easily and freely.
