Call to Order Chair Gateman called the Agricultural Service Board meeting to order at 9:10 am. Member Ruark left the meeting at 9:10 am. Adoption of Agenda and Emergent Issues AG MOVED BY MEMBER SCHNEIDER that the agenda be adopted as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Adoption of Minutes For the December 16, 2015 Agriculture Service Board Meeting AG MOVED BY MEMBER ANNABLE that the minutes of the Agricultural Service Board meeting be adopted as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Member Ruark returned to the meeting at 9:18 am. Director of Agricultural Services Director Report AG MOVED BY MEMBER MONNER that the Director of Agricultural Service's Report be accepted for information. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 2016 Alberta Agriculture Hall of Fame Award AG MOVED BY MEMBER MONNER that the Committee assist Alberta Agriculture and Forestry in the search for suitable candidates for the 2016 Alberta Agriculture Hall of Fame Award in Vulcan County.
