1 Excerpt from Manuscript ONUG written by Sir Jeffrey Robinson <One Nation Undermining God> Decry of Abuses If it holds true that these > rights Mankind has been endowed by their Creator with, are in fact THE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal stations to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self- evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. - That to secure these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving heir Just powers from the consent of the governed That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends

It is the right of the people to right or to abolish it and institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers and principles in such a form as to them should seem most likely, to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence indeed, shall dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes. And accordingly, all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their security. - Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present king of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world

July the fourth, is a federal holiday in the U.S. commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence by Continental Congress on July of 13 American Colonies declaring their independence & no longer being a part of the British Empire Jan 1, 1863, as the nation approached its third year of bloody Civil War. Abraham Lincoln issued his Emancipation Proclamation prohibiting slavery & declaring all persons held as slaves free. [He considered it the crowning achievement of his presidency]. Skipping 1918, God Bless America, an American patriotic song emerged in the form of a prayer. Intro lyrics were revised later by the author ( as we raise our voices in a solemn prayer, ) for God s blessing & peace for the nation ( Stand beside her & guide her through the night with a light from above ) skipping to a TP in 1999 a Civil Rights suit is filed in the American federal courts against Mandalay Bay by Civil Rights attorney Nancy Killeen on behalf of Jeffrey Robinson for Discrimination Race discrimination Wrongful termination followed by a second filing against North Public Health hospital for Discrimination, race discrimination & Retaliation. A display of some of the most vicious retaliatory egregious assaults documented in American history involving a plaintiff in a civil suit ensued that are Crimes against Humanity. As a system was employed which simply ignored his Rights, &continues to, following his Victory in the federal courts, where he Stood and Fought eloquently with dignity and valor for dignity & decency and the recognition and enforcement of his Unalienable Rights Now in the year 2016, more than sixteen years in the aftermath of his Victory, the plaintiff who is well known among Civil Rights Activist, has still not received restitution, And the criminal acts continue in plain view while his Cry is met with Derision & Silence.??? And how a sense of urgency to find timely remedy for the injured party for transgressions against him, so that he may continue life unabridged, gives way easily to the marked polarity of political positions. And how in the face of human tragedy, ordinary men's callous indifference to the suffering of others, leave them more inclined to look to the wisdom wrought from their finite minds alone, to justify a response of inaction, or of engaging in further acts of injustices to drown out the immutable charge that is to answer a "Higher Calling", to promote a fairer, more egalitarian society & live in peace, And if a separate system/s of enforcement, working in tandem has been amalgamated to ensure that rendering Justice that is Just is timely & that Might does not have victory over Right or Prey upon the Weaker or lessor privileged And too ensures that the Chief purpose of each system is preserved by way of Separation & Checks & Balances, because Absolute Power corrupts absolutely. Why then do representatives from these systems refuse to respond to the obstructions of Justice for Jeffrey Robinson in these suits, demonstrative of American Jurisprudence, in a manner other than that which is inimical to Him, their Nations Creed & Ultimately to? -SJR Continuing, I raised one of AMERICA s most recognized inviolable agreements.
