Negotiations ahead of Parliament's first reading (consent) (Rule 69c) The President announced that no request had been received concerning the decisions to enter into interinstitutional negotiations announced in the minutes of Tuesday 16 May 2017 (minutes of , item 2). The BUDG and ECON Committees had therefore been able to start the negotiations following the expiry of the deadline laid down in Rule 69c(2). 3.
