2 The forty-fifth session of the Executive Board was held at headquarters, Geneva, from 20 to 29 January 1970 under the chairmanship of Sir William Refshauge, with Dr I. S. Kadama and Professor I. Moraru as Vice-Chairmen. The Rapporteurs were Dr H. M. El-Kadi and Dr M. El Kamal. The Standing Committee on Administration and Finance met from 12 to 19 January 1970 under the chairmanship of Dr В. Juricic. The resolutions adopted by the Board are also contains relevant annexes, including the report of the Board on the proposed programme together with appendices, in Official Records published in Official Records No. 181, which list of members and other participants.
