I'll need everyone's input so we can work to become a viable second voice here on Kauai. We must elect Republicans to the State Legislature who hold to conservative values. We presently need to appoint delegates representing Kauai, who'll be able to attend the State Convention, Saturday May 2nd. Will you be willing to attend? For more information on the Convention, see Page 4. Steve Yoder. RWCK President s Message I cannot say enough about Bob Hickling and what he has accomplished here on Kauai. His enthusiasm and energy are unmatched. He will be so missed. I encourage everyone to support our new Chair, Steve Yoder. If he goes about doing this job like he did for his campaign, I know we will get some Republicans elected soon! Pat Precinct/Legislation: Nina Magoun - mthatchnina@earthlink.net

Attendance was 36 fellow Republicans with many new faces. Bob Hickling and his wife Maria will be moving to Oahu, Oahu s gain is a great loss for Kauai. I ll be working very close with Bob while he s still here on island, and looking to him for the help only he can give after he moves to Oahu. I m sure we ll all miss him and his leadership. I m honored and humbled to be the Republican Chair of Kauai for the party and will need your input, advice and help so we can accomplish the goal of voting Republicans to positions in the Hawaii State Legislature. If you have any input or ideas how we can fulfill this goal, please contact me, Bob Hickling or your House District Chair: Bob Bradford for HD 14 - (310) rsbradfordjr@gmail.com, myself for HD 15 (Until we find a replacement) - (808) histeveyoder@gmail.com, or Goldie Cross for HD 16 (808) goldiecross@yahoo.com.
