2 SCHEDULE Regular meetings are normally held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 6:30PM, City Hall, 542 Main Street. Please put cell phones and pagers on silent or vibrate during the meeting. This meeting is televised; therefore, you may appear on TV at any time. PUBLIC APPEARANCE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION During public hearings the Mayor will open the agenda item to the public for comment. If you wish to comment come to the microphone at the podium and give your name and address for the record. Make all comments and queries to or through the Mayor. This meeting is for agenda items only. Other issues should be presented to the City Manager or City Clerk for discussion at a future City Commission meeting. All persons are hereby advised that any presentation they make to the Dunedin City Commission will be encouraged to be as concise as possible, and that the Commission may limit the time of each individual to permit maximum participation by the public at large. All citizens who wish to appear under Citizen Input are encouraged to keep their comments to a limit of three (3) minute time. LEGAL TRANSFER OF WORLD TRADE CENTER STEEL FROM THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY RECOMM: Authorize the City to sign the required authorization letter prior to the release of the steel to Dunedin. b. RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN PINELLAS COUNTY AND DUNEDIN REGARDING THE SIX CENT LOCAL OPTION FUEL TAX RENEWAL RECOMM: Adopt Resolution c. SELECTION OF HUMANA AS PROVIDER OF CITY'S MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE CARRIER RECOMM: d.
