1 Election Cycle Disbursements As of July 31, 2018 Each year, thousands of community bankers across the nation contribute to ICBPAC, the only federal political action committee (PAC) dedicated exclusively to promoting community banks. This support provided the resources for ICBPAC to support over 300 federal candidates during the election cycle with over $1.9 million in campaign contributions with a success rate of 95% of candidates supported winning his or her election. Together with input from community bankers and state partners, the advocacy staff at ICBA take pride in carefully evaluating which federal candidates and committees to support each election cycle. Important factors to ICBPAC s bipartisan approach in evaluating candidates and committees include commitment to supporting community banking priorities, assignments to committees of key legislative jurisdiction, representation of community banking locations, Congressional leadership roles, and evaluation of election dynamics. Attached is a list as of July 31, 2018 of the federal legislators and candidates supported by ICBPAC in the current election cycle, including leadership PACs in some cases. Alabama Sen.
