OVERSIGHT / INVESTIGATIONS House Democrats are eager to use their subpoena power to investigate the Administration. HEALTH CARE House Democrats want to protect preexisting conditions many Republicans agreed during the campaign. NOMINATIONS McConnell is eager to get back to approving Judicial and Executive Branch nominations, but the Senate has been focused on the shutdown.
