KELLER III, #20, Most Worshipful Grand Master, pursuant to Article III, Section I, Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania, and by the authority in me vested, do hereby SUMMON ALL ELECTED AND APPOINTED GRAND LODGE OFFICERS, and officially notify the Craft, wherever assembled to attend the One Hundred and Ninety-Eighth Annual Session of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania on Monday, October 14, 2013 and Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the RADISSON HOTEL VALLEY FORGE 1160 First Avenue King of Prussia, PA for the purpose of reviewing the State of the Craft, transacting all business that may constitutionally and legally confront us in this session. An Occasional Lodge will be opened by Corinthian Lodge No. 114 on Monday October 14, 2013 at 7:45 a.m. under the direction of the Worshipful Grand Lecturer, Brother Wayne W. R. Howard #23. PRE-REGISTRATION The fee for Pre-Registration will be eighty-five ($85.00) dollars that includes one ball ticket. Brothers of the Craft will pre-register through their respective lodge on the Form No. 2. This form and the apropos check or money order must be forwarded to the Grand Secretary to be received on or before September 23, ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER VIA OFFICE OF RW Assistant Grand Secretary. NO CASH ACCEPTED FOR PRE-REGISTRATION!!!!!!!!

2 NOTE: For those lodges that have not held their election by the cutoff date, please register your principal officers by title. (Names should be submitted to the Grand Secretary as soon as possible). NOTE: All Grand Lodge Officers, both Elected and Appointed, State Directors and Committee Members MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE, with the proper fee on the enclosed Form No. 3, both of which will be forwarded to the Grand Secretary on or before September 23, ON-SITE REGISTRATION The fee for On-Site Registration will be one hundred ($100.00) dollars. All Brothers will be required to attend the session dressed in Dark Suits, Aprons and Gloves. NOTE: Worshipful Masters and Wardens of all Constituent Lodges will be permitted to wear their Collars. If you cannot attend the Annual Session, please notify the following: ALL District Deputy Grand Masters must notify the Worshipful Deputy-at-Large, Brother Edward M. Brooks #87. ALL District Lecturers must notify the Grand Lecturer, Brother Wayne W. R. Howard #23. ALL other Appointed Grand Lodge Officers, State Directors/Co-Directors and Chairmen must notify the RW Assistant Grand Secretary, Brother Raynard W. Hughes #129. TRAINING MANUALS - All Worshipful District Deputy Grand Masters and Worshipful District Lecturers will present their Training Manuals to the Right Worshipful Grand Trustees for evaluation and inspection. REPORTS Elected Officers, State Directors and Committee Chairmen will submit all reports in Times New Roman, size font only on the enclosed report form for the period September 1, 2012 August 31, Do not add salutations to the beginning of the reports. No report will be accepted unless in proper format and on the enclosed form. Do not add any watermarks/pictures to the background of the reports. State Directors and Chairmen; please limit report to one page. NIXON-STUBBS OFFICE MANAGER WEST/CENTRAL at cocoabutterdove@yahoo.com NOTE: Anyone not adhering to this deadline (September 23 rd ) will be responsible for making the necessary copies; a minimum of Five Hundred (500) at their own cost and transmitting them to the session. Also, reports received in this manner will only be received as information on the floor.

3 WORSHIPFUL DISTRICT DEPUTY GRAND MASTERS: Submit report directly to the home of the Deputy-at-Large, Brother Edward M. Brooks #87, 4 Independence Court, Boothwyn, PA by September 18, (Forward a copy to the Grand Secretary). WORSHIPFUL DISTRICT LECTURERS: Submit report directly to the home of the Worshipful Grand Lecturer, Brother Wayne W. R. Howard #23, 974 Anchor Street, Philadelphia, PA by September 18, (Forward a copy to the Grand Secretary). STATUS REPORT Any member that has not been officially dropped by letter (RWGS) from the rolls of the MWPHGL of PA will be allowed to register and be seated at this Session. HOTEL RESERVATION Room Reservation Form is enclosed. The cost per room is $ plus tax for single and double occupancy. The cutoff date is September 4, Strict compliance with the instructions as printed on the Reservation Form is necessary. Please get your reservation in as soon as possible so that you may be assured a room. CANDLELIGHT SERVICE A Candlelight Service will be held Sunday, October 13, 2013, Radisson Hotel Valley Forge. Assembly time 6:30 P.M. Service at 7:00 P.M. The public is invited to attend. Lodges should notify and invite family members of Brothers who expired during the past year. AN EVENING OF ENJOYMENT The First Grand Master s Ball will be held Monday Evening, October 14, 2013 at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge.. CONSTITUENT LODGES The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania including its Subordinate Lodges, as a non-profit organization, in compliance with the provisions and regulations of the United States Internal Revenue Service MUST file annually IRS Report #990, Return of Organizations Exempt From Income Tax. THIS FORM (IRS Report #990) WILL BE AVAILABLE AT A LATER DATE. This Grand Lodge as the Parent Body will file for its constituent lodges, but in order to properly file this report, certain specific financial information is required from all lodges. Therefore, all financial information as requested on the form SUBORDINATE LODGES FINANCIAL REPORT as provided by the Grand Lodge must be provided by each lodge. The information required will cover the fiscal year September 1, 2012 to August 31, Lodges will submit the original copy of this report to their respective Worshipful District Deputy Grand Master at its September 2013 regular stated meeting, in addition to the Audit Report, and FORM #1 listing the required information of your Elected Officers and our TOTAL membership status. All regular and stated meetings of All Houses of the Masonic Family that are scheduled for Sunday, October 13, Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15, 2013 are hereby cancelled and direction for said Constituent and/or Subordinate Bodies to secure the proper Dispensation from the proper sources, 4301 and 1117, and will be given written notices and copy site managers of the same before September 9, 2013 to allow official rescheduling. HIGHLIGHTS Saturday, October 12, 2013 Deborah Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star will be hosting a luncheon at 1pm.

4 The Prince Hall Grand Lodge Temple Association Annual Meeting shall be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. All Master Masons are expected to attend. Drawing will be held at approximately 5pm As an added incentive anyone who sells GL raffle tickets at multiples of 60 will receive a $100 rebate. Please call RWDGM Joseph B. 10 FORM NO. 2A PROXIES SECTION: A.Proxy is permissible by resolution in the absence of an official representative of the Lodge, which would be either the Worshipful Master or the Warden. It shall be competent for any Lodge, the Officers of which fail to attend the Annual Grand Lodge Session, to designate and make choice by resolution a Past Master of the Lodge or the District Deputy Grand Master of its District the Proxy of said Lodge which resolution must be certified by the Secretary thereof and shall entitle the Brother appointed to three (3) votes provided, however, that no representative or Proxy from a Constituent Lodge shall hold a seat in the Grand Lodge until he shall produce evidence that the Lodge he represents has discharged in full its Grand Lodge taxes. SECTION 2a. When a Constituent Lodge sends only one (1) representative to any Grand Lodge Communication with the Lodge s proxy votes, the Lodge will pay the required registration fee for each Proxy.
