Attendees were notified of a drawing to be included via addendum to address the construction of a sound barrier at the existing weight room. WCPS Purchasing Department reviewed project requirements with attendees. These requirements included; A. All questions must be submitted via to WCPS no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, April 1st. All questions asked during the meeting or the walk thru shall be submitted to WCPS. B. Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 9 th. C. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid Proposal required documents are to be submitted. D. This is not a wage scale project. E. There are no MBE participation requirements. F. A Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount is due at the time of the bid. G. Addenda will be posted electronically on the WCPS website. H. General Contractors are required to be pre-registered on the WCPS website. I. Instructions for requesting product substitutions require a submission to the Architect at least 10 days prior to the bid date (AIA A701 Instructions).

4 PRE-BID CONFERENCE WCPS: North High Health Suite Expansion Page 2 PB.04 PB.05 BFM & WCPS reviewed additional project requirements with attendees. Those requirements included; A. Notice of Award is tentatively scheduled for April 21, The apparent low bidder will be notified by WCPS for additional information. B. Construction shall commence on June 15, C. Substantial Completion date is August 12, D. The remainder of the facility will be occupied by the Owner during construction activities. E. The WCPS summer schedule consists of four 10 hour days. If Friday work is being considered by the Contractor, provisions are in Section , Article Attendees were provided the opportunity to tour the work areas. Additional site visits are to be coordinated through WCPS (Traci Coldsmith). The above documents our understanding of the items discussed and decisions reached at the subject meeting.
