Adequate notice has been provided by prominently posting and maintaining so posted throughout the year in the Hunterdon County Soil Conservation District Administrative Office 687 Pittstown Road, Frenchtown, New Jersey, and by mailing to the Hunterdon County Democrat newspaper and by filing with the Hunterdon County Clerk a schedule of the times and dates of such meetings." CALL TO 7:05 AM by William E. Engisch, Acting District Chairman REORGANIZATION: Election of Officers: After a brief discussion, a motion was made. MOTION: Mathews, 2 nd Manners, To keep the same slate of officers with John Van Nuys as Chairman, Greg Manners as Vice Chairman, and Dick Stothoff as Secretary/Treasurer. NEW BUSINESS: FY2014 Draft Audit - Engisch presented copy of draft audit for year ending June 30, Following a review and discussion, it was agreed to contact auditor for final audit copy Annual Plan of Operations - Plan was handed out for review and comment. The report remained the same as last year with the exception of Jim Hill being added under Chapter 251 Responsibilities for Supervisor. MOTION: Mathews, 2 nd Manners To accept 2015 Annual Plan of Operation with Jim Hill being added under Chapter 251 Responsibilities for Supervisor. MOTION APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE Permit Extension Act has been extended another calendar year. REPORTS: USDA-NRCS No Report 7

8 FINANCIAL: Treasurer s Report December The Treasurer s Report for December 2014 was discussed. The following motion was made: MOTION: Stothoff; 2 nd Mathews; To accept statement of revenue and expenses and to approve the December 2014 Treasurer s Report as presented. MOTION APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE. With no further business to discuss, a motion to adjourn was made: MOTION: Mathews; 2 nd Manners; To adjourn the District meeting at 7:52 AM.
