A few minor revisions are needed on flow chart and then submitted to SSCC committee in October for approval. OLD BUSINESS: Update of Beazer Property: Van Nuys signed land transfer agreement this past month. Waiting on finalization. Walt will keep us informed on status. Martin Stream Bank Stabilization: Stothoff wanted to know status on Martin stream bank stabilization through MWS grant. Engisch spoke to Kathy Hale and he will submit contact information to her again. 8

9 NEW BUSINESS: Soil Maps: Engisch presented update on procedure for Farmland Assessment soil map. Following a discussion, a motion was made: MOTION: Stothoff, 2 nd Manners; Beginning January 1, 2015, increase cost to $50.00 and send letter to Tax Assessor in May to have the map requests submitted earlier. MOTION APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE REPORTS: REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE Chad Cherefko, NRCS District Conservationist presented seven Requests for Assistance: Stavosielski Kauza Walters Furstenburg Denied due to problems with municipal ordinances/easements Traveling Butcher Lin Policastro After a brief discussion, a motion was made: MOTION: Manners, 2 nd Stothoff, passed by unanimous voice vote; To approve the requests for assistance and have District Chairman sign the request. NRCS staff will fulfill the request as per the agency s agreement with the District. NRCS Chad Cherefko, NRCS District Conservationist presented the following for Board approval: 9

The following motion was made: MOTION: Stothoff; 2 nd Mathews: To accept statement of revenue and expenses and to approve the July 2014 Treasurer s Report as presented. MOTION APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE. 10

11 Update on County Appropriations: Engisch reported that the District received half of the County Appropriations.
