MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING PETIE MCCLEAN TO GLASGOW ELECTRIC PLANT BOARD Prior to the roll call vote, Council Member Oliver asked for clarification if this item will be taken off the table if this is not passed. City Attorney Rich Alexander commented about this. Council Member Honeycutt stated he thinks it is a bad idea to add people to the Board at this time with what is going on with them. Honeycutt stated another thing is that Ms. McClean is a wonderful person, but she is not an electrical engineer or electrical contractor and that is who he thinks should be the next person appointed to the Plant Board. Numerous Council Members discussed the Glasgow Electric Board appointment and their discussions with attorney Danny Basil for several minutes.
