Report on Reauthorization Report from DODE, DBOSBA, NNBOE Members; and Annual Compliance Determination Committee Members Presenter(s): Tommy Lewis, Superintendent of Schools, DODE; DODE Staff; Angela Barney-Nez, Executive Director, DBOSBA; Navajo Nation Board of Education Members; and Annual Compliance Determination Committee Members NOTE: On December 19, HEHSC Members issued an Extension Directive to DODE, DBOSBA and to the Navajo Nation Board of Education to Extend the Deadline Date to 45 business days to provide a final written/oral report back to HEHSC by the end of February Motion By: SB; Second By: Nathaniel Brown; Vote: 3-0 CNV NOTE: On February 27, HEHSC Members issued another Extension Directive to DODE, DBOSBA and the Navajo Nation Board of Education to Extend the Deadline Date to April 30, 2018 to provide a written/oral report back to HEHSC.
