2 ACTIVITIES OF PRBC CELEBRATING 5O YEARS OF PAK- ROMANIA FRIENDSHIP Members Get Together & Economic Forum Pakistan Romania Business Council organized an Economic Forum with PRBC s members and the business community of Pakistan on January 31, 2014 at the PRBC Head Office in Karachi. Present on the occasion was Mr. Dragos Luca First Secretary/Economic Counselor of the Embassy of Romania in Islamabad, Mr. Tariq Saud Honorary Council of Romania in Karachi, Mr. Sohail Shamim Firpo Chairman PRBC, and Honorable Directors PRBC. Mr. Dragos Luca First Secretary/Economic Counselor of the Embassy of Romania was the Chief Guest at the event. While addressing the house he shared that in last few years, the bilateral trade volume has reached around 200 million US$ in 2012 which is showing positive trend but still far from the real trade potential of both the countries. The Economic Forum was a significant achievement of the PRBC Team and was attended by a large number of PRBC Members and the business community of Pakistan. Celebrations: 3 Years of PRBC Success and Achievements Pakistan Romania Business Council (PRBC) celebrated its remarkable achievements on successfully completing 3 years of accomplishments on Tuesday, 27th Past Meetings and Upcoming Events May 2014, at the PRBC Head Office. Mr. Siraj Kassam Teli (SI) Chairman Businessmen Group (BMG) was the Honorable Chief Guest of the evening. The event was specially graced by H.E Mr. Emilian Ion Ambassador of Romania and Patron PRBC and Mr. Dragos Luca, First Secretary Embassy of Romania Islamabad along with other Diplomats. A Cake cutting ceremony was also done. Shields and mementos were presented to the the honorable Directors of PRBC by the Embassy of Romania in Islamabad. Encourage trade activities, business opportunity exploration and provide authentic information to the business community of Pakistan and Romania.
