3 Your Role Ø You are a self-employed advisor, meaning you choose your own hours and decide how you want to operate your business. Mortgage Chain are here to assist the running of your business and to provide as much support as possible to ensure you are a major success Ø Team Meetings; A memo goes out confirming time and dates of team meetings. This is usually monthly but on occasions meetings can have longer gaps between them. It is expected you shall be present at team meetings, and if you cannot attend, to provide sufficient notice. (48 hours if possible) Ø CPD Continued Professional Development (Sorry! Boring but required) Ø Annual Reviews; A review will be conducted in January of each year to discuss your goals moving forwards and to make sure you are happy with everything moving into the new year Administration System Ø Quote Sheet; Which captures important data such as the property type you are dealing with, highlighting the risky criteria in red, ensuring you always supply quotes reflecting the correct lenders criteria for the specific property in mind) Ø Front Sheet; For use as a paper based file during the application. Includes a checklist helping you through the application from start to finish) Ø Answering Service; Your VOIP phone will automatically be set to divert after 10 seconds without an answer, to our call answering service This is a company who are called Call Miss Jones. They will answer the phone in our company name, and messages, so your phone is always answered Ø Weekly Commission Run; A commission run is completed every Friday afternoon. We use payment routes who are able to pay us quickly, (Next Intelligence & Buy To Let Club) and a lot of the time before the lender has paid us. Always paid between 2-4 weeks (Proc fees). Completion fees are three working days.

4 Mission Statement Our goal is to provide and support self-employed mortgage advisors to achieve their goals, by proving support in every possible way. The first 12 months is focused on supporting your business, making sure you hit the ground at a good pace. Once you have completed 12 months with us, you qualify for an Associate Package. This includes free recruitment on your behalf, where we will source and approach mortgage advisors on your behalf, who are looking for new positions, with the intention of coming on board with you. You will receive 10% gross commission (All fees) on every single advisor that comes on board under your wing. Your new advisor will also be supplied with all the tools required to be successful at your Branch, meaning when they earn, you earn! We promise to reward loyalty. We feel our business model is unique and allows our mortgage advisors to express themselves fully with the option to grow as an individual advisor or to make new income streams with new self employed advisors. Our policy is that Excellence will always be rewarded We also operate an open door policy meaning we are always open to new ideas and to talking about absolutely anything. If you feel the grass is greener somewhere else, do not be afraid to talk to us, we will always do everything within our power to ensure you have everything you need to be happy and successful!
