3 India-Morocco signed Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in healthcare India and Morocco signed a memorandum of understanding on December 14, 2017 in New Delhi to increase cooperation in healthcare. On behalf of India, the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Shri J. P. Nadda and Health Minister of Morocco, Dr. Abdul Kadir Amara signed the memorandum.
