5 Dear Reader, Editorial Note Our Editorial Board is proud to present Volume 29 of Politikon, the flagship academic journal of the International Association for Political Science Students. The current issue, coming just in time to be read at the 2016 IAPSS World Congress in Berlin, is full of interesting articles; some of them were presented at the 2016 IAPSS Convention in Prague. From a study of cancer villages in China, through the question of population displacement to Brazil s cyberspace politics, we compiled 18 articles and one research note, or more than three hundred pages of valuable academic work from young scholars across the globe. We believe that with such a wide variation of topics, all our readers may find something that will catch their attention and maybe also something that will inspire them to submit their own article to one of our IAPSS academic journals.
