13 Line Manager Line manager can use a tablet to verify a voter s registration and correct polling place while waiting in line. Voters at incorrect polling place can be redirected without waiting to check in.

ELECTION DAY ENHANCEMENTS Identified the bottlenecks of the past: Registered voter counts were reduced where needed Electronic check-in, allocating a third EVID to precincts with 3,500 voters or more Modifying methodology behind privacy booth allocation Emphasis not on the voting machine (1 min) Expanding the footprint of all sites to allow for additional equipment

31 HISTORICAL VOTER TURNOUT FOR ,605 VOTERS VOTED Early Voting experienced record turnout of 475,800 voters - 48% of total votes cast. 217,666 voters chose to vote on Election Day - 22% of total votes cast. By 7:37pm, all voters had voted NEARLY 700,000 VOTERS STOOD IN LINE TO VOTE.
