The total tendered cost for complete supply should be quoted in percentage above/below/at par against the cost put to tender including all taxes and other charges as applicable. 3. Earnest Money be deposited in the form of DD (Nationalized Bank) pledged in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle, GPO Complex, Puratatava Bhawan, Block-D, I.N.A., New Delhi along with the duly filled tender documents. EMD of all the bidders except successful bidder would be returned as per the establish procedure. 4. The tender documents are available on website which may be down loaded and submitted along with the tender form cost in form of DD drawn in favour of the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle. 5. The tenderer is at liberty to attend the tender opening himself or authorize only one representative. The representative attending the opening of the tender on behalf of the bidder shall bring with him a letter of authority from the bidder and proof of identification.

4 6. If the date of issue/receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday the tenders will be issued/opened on the next working day. 7. Registration certificate of VAT/ WCT along with latest return and assessment order of my one year in between of last three years. 8. Registration certificate of Service tax. 9. The tenderer should have minimum three years experiences in works of similar nature during last three years. 10. The Approval authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. 11. No compromise will be accepted in respect of quality and quantity of the work. 12. Work order would be issued by the Superintending Archaeologist, Delhi Circle within one week after completion of all the codal formalities and successful bidder would submit his acceptance within three days of receipt of work order along with security/performance guarantee amounting to five (05) % of the quoted rate by the successful bidder by way of DD pledged in favour of "Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle, New Delhi" payable at New Delhi. 13. Misleading or false representation or deliberately suppressing the information in the forms, statements and enclosures required in the eligibility criteria document, would be liable to disqualification from the tender procedure at the time of opening of tender.
