The Applicant is respectfully requesting your approval to rezone the subject propetiy from its current R-1 00 (Single Family Residence District) zoning classification to R-TH (Single Family Townhouse Residence District) in order to construct townhomes at this location. This parcel contains approximately 4.47 acres, and we are proposing thirty-five (13) two-story townhomes, each containing a minimum of 1,600 heated s.f.
