RULES AND REGULATIONS Purpose: To see which Bride has stamina and can stand the longest. 1. To give away a grand prize to the last bride standing at Château Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre in Woodbridge. Total prize worth just under $30,000 of a wedding reception for up to 250 persons at Château Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre, choice of any Friday (depending on

3 availability) in January, February or March 2013 or There are 3 prizes to be given away plus Instant prizes for challenges to be determined during the Contest. See the lastbridestanding.com for details. The contest must be played in the spirit of fun of which it is intended. 2. There will also be Challenges, Instant Prizes and possibly Elimination Challenges. Please note that these challenges may be physically and mentally difficult and you have the right not to participate in them and thereby leave the contest. Please note that if you accept a challenge and win you may not actually receive the prize as was set out in the challenge due to changes during the course of the game. Please note that prizes are subject to substitution. Commencement Date and Time: Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 at 12:00 Noon. Contest ends when there is one Bride left standing. The Show also reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time and allocate the total prizes amongst the remaining contestants by way of a draw or any other way the Show feels is fair. In the case of a tie the contest MAY or MAY NOT end at 12:00 noon, Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 and a draw may follow amongst the remaining contestants or a final challenge may be done to determine the First, second and third place winners. CONTEST Rules and Regulations The following regulations are intended to ensure the safety of the participants and to ensure that the contest is played in accordance with the spirit and rules of the contest and the purpose of which it is intended. Please read these rules carefully. 1. The rules of the contest stipulated by the governing body, Long Valley Productions, Inc, (hereon in referred to as Long Valley) must be strictly adhered to throughout the entire contest duration. Contestants must adhere to all rulings made by the head judge in the absence of a written rule, and all rulings made by the head judge shall be final and binding. The Head Judge may reverse any decision of any Judge within 8 hours of a ruling even if the Contestant left the

4 contest due to a ruling. Replay of any recording will not be accepted as proof of contravention or non-contravention of a rule. Any violations of the rules must be witnessed by an appointed judge just as any referee does in any sporting match. 2. The Contest is a continuous 24-hour contest to see which bride has the most stamina to survive the contest and ultimately her marriage. There is only 1 type of break allowed, a 15 minute break every 3 hours. Breaks may be on a rotation basis. Break times may also be altered or eliminated. 3. Long Valley reserves the right to substitute similar value prizes in the event there is more then one contestant remaining at the termination of the event for purposes of dividing the remaining prizes. 4. All Contestants must be 18 years of age and older and must show identification that is satisfactory to the judges in their sole discretion and a copy of this document must be added to the logbook and witnessed before the attempt has started. 5. The contest is open to brides only who have intentions of getting married in the year 2013 or All prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. 7. All applicable Government Taxes and Gratuities where applicable are the sole responsibility of the applicants. 8. One hand must be placed on the building or designated surface at all times. Failure to have at least 1 hand on the building for more than 5 seconds or designated surface will terminate the contestant from the contest. All decisions of the Head Judge will be considered final. Spectators, Contestants or Coaches disturbing the judges will be asked to leave the premises. There will be a minimum of one judge on at all times, judges cannot see everyone at the same time and it is not the intention of the contest to be trivial and destroy the spirit for which it is intended. 9. Leaning with any part of the body or sitting is not permitted but may be allowed at some point during the contest, up to the discretion of the Head Judge. If you wish to change hands you must first place the other hand on the wall and only then remove the first hand. If at any time during the proceedings, the head judge rules in their sole

5 discretion for reasons of health or safety to themselves or to others, that the contestant must cease the event, the contestant must end their attempt or be disqualified from the contest. 10.Contestants are not allowed to substitute with another contestant. 11.Contestants are not allowed to move from their designated positions as determined by the judges. 12.All participants are joining this contest of their own free will. 13.Each contestant is allowed to have one coach present without touching the contestant. There may be times during the contest when the coaches may be asked to leave. Spectators will be kept at a distance from the gaming area. 14.All contestants must be present and logged in between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 a.m. on the date of commencement. All contestants must be available at 11:30 am for a briefing inside Château Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre. 15.Long Valley Productions, Inc. reserves the right to add further rules at any time as necessary for the safety of the contest and with keeping in the spirit of the contest for which it is intended. 16.The contest may be limited to the number of applicants, first come, first served. All the contestants are to fulfill the requirements noted in these rules and regulations. Waiving of the rules is at the sole discretion of the Head Judge. 17.The applicant by signing this, hereby releases and forever discharges Le Jardin Special Event Centre, Inc., Château Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre, Inc., Long Valley Productions, Inc., Redfish Entertainment Inc, its successors, officers, employees, representatives, its judges, sponsors and its principal related corporations, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, claims, damages and liabilities whatsoever which the applicant may now have or hereby may, can have against the within parties for or by reason of cause, matter or thing whatsoever and specifically including, with out limiting the generality of the forgoing, all claims which could be made by physical or psychological injury caused by participating in the event.

6 18.If you already have an existing contract with any of the sponsors this contest is not open to you. 19.Any immediate family members or employees of shareholders or owners of sponsors or judges will NOT be permitted to enter this contest. 20.If there is an interruption by a spectator on a contestant and the contestant contravenes any of the rules, then in the opinion of the judge such contravention is waived. 21.It is the responsibility of the contestant to be back on time during breaks. 22.Contestants permit Long Valley Productions, Inc. to promote them in any normal manner whatsoever including TV shows, commercials, etc. 23.All contestants must wear a bridal veil acceptable to the Head Judge at all times during the contest. Contestants must supply their own bridal veil. 24.All Contestants and their fiancée must appear at the last taping of the contest. Time and Date to be announced. I am fully and completely aware of the dangers involved in performing these activities. This includes, but is not limited to: death, dismemberment, permanent or temporary impairment, paralysis, psychological, loss of limb(s), etc. Under no circumstances do I have a legal right to pursue any of the above mentioned companies or any of their employees and/or their insurer for compensation of damages occurring to myself. I understand and acknowledge that Producer will edit my appearance and may juxtapose images of me and my conversations and actions. I hereby authorize the Producer to do so in its sole discretion. I further understand that my appearance, depiction and/or portrayal in the Program, and my actions and the actions of others displayed in the Program, may be disparaging, defamatory, inflammatory, embarrassing or of an otherwise unfavorable nature and may expose me to public ridicule, humiliation or condemnation. I acknowledge and agree that Producer shall have the right (a) to include any such information and any such appearance, depiction, portrayal, actions and statements in auditions, rehearsals, and preparations for the Program, in tapings of the Program, in the Program as edited by Producer in its sole discretion, and in advertisements, promotions, and publicity for the Program (the "Advertisements"), and (b) to broadcast and otherwise exploit the Program and the Advertisements containing any such information and any such appearance, depiction, portrayal or actions. The waivers, releases, and indemnities in this Participant Release Agreement and any other agreement that I may execute in connection with the Program expressly apply to any such inclusion and exploitation.

Personal Appearance Release WHEREAS, (applicant s name), his Personal Representatives, Agents, Successors, Assigns, and Licensees ("Releasor"), executes this Personal Release in favour of Long Valley Productions Inc. (The Producer ) and Château Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre, Inc. AND WHEREAS, the Releasor is included amongst the subject matter of the television series with a working title of Last Bride Standing ("Project") and for which the Releasor acknowledges that no residuals shall be paid; AND WHEREAS the Releasor acknowledges that the Producer is the sole author of the Project and, accordingly, the Producer owns all copyrights, now known or developed in the future, to the Project and to all derivative works therefrom. NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Releasor hereby grants to the Producer exclusively, perpetually and throughout the world, all rights of whatsoever nature and kind (including moral rights), whether now known or discovered in the future, to any and all works, results and products created by the Releasor and/or incorporating the Releasor s voice, talent, and image, in respect of the Project; and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Producer shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to use, adapt, change and rearrange the Project, or any part thereof, or combine the same with any other work, by any other person(s), and to sell, copy, publish, reproduce, record, perform, transmit, screen, broadcast by (live, filmed or taped, free or pay) television, and broadcast on the Internet, and communicate the same by any means now known or hereafter devised, either publicly and for profit or otherwise, without any notice or other

9 obligation to the Releasor, and the Producer shall be entitled to own all proceeds realized from any use, sale, licence, lease or any other exploitation whatsoever of the Project, or any part thereof, in any form. I hereby acknowledge that I will NOT bring in anything with identifiable logos. Sleep very well the night before. Please note that there will be a Contest Briefing one week prior to the contest date. You may ask questions at that time. Please note that this will be taped for TV. You will be ed closer to the date of the contest regarding dates and times of this meeting. The contest begins at 12:00 noon and will not end until there is one remaining contestant or otherwise as decided by the Head Judge. The event will be supervised 24 hours a day until the end of the contest. This contest could last 4 to 5 days or more, be prepared. (The better prepared you are, the better your chances are to win). The contest is being held indoors; however, we may go outside (weather permitting) please dress accordingly. Do NOT wear anything with logo s on it as it is not allowed on camera.

10 The Head Judge may at his sole discretion disallow any item (ie. Pillows, beds, tables, mats, etc.) brought into the premises that he deems inappropriate. Such discretion may be arbitrary. Here are some helpful tips and reminders: Have a support group, groom-to-be, family, friends, etc. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You may want to bring Reading material, IPods, etc. Lawn chairs (for breaks only). Suntan lotion, sunglasses (incase you are by a sunny window or for brief outdoor appearances).
