2 52 No. 32 THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) ORDINANCE. (Cap Laws of Cyprus). THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EXPORT) REGULATIONS, 1956 to NOTICE UNDER REGULAT.ON 20 (d). In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph (d) of Regulation 20 of the Agricultural Produce (Export) Regulations, 1956 to 1959, as applied to and adapted in the Areas by the Laws (Adaptation and Interpretation) Ordinances, 1960 to 1962, I, the Acting Chief Oficer, Sovereign Base Areas hereby give notice that the dates specified below are fixed for the beginning of the cutting of the sour lemons and pomegranates intended for export :- Sour Lemons Thursday, 20th September, Pomegranates Monday, 24th September, Dated this 18th day of September, E. ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 7A In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sub-section (1) of Section 7A of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Ordinance and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Administrator hereby makes the following Order :-

This Order may be cited as the Speed Limits (No. 2) Order, The roads, or parts of roads set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the respective maximum speed limits set out in the second column of the said Schedule and such limits shall be indicated by road signs indicating clearly the respective figures set out in the said second column and erected at the points referred to in the said first column The Speed Limits (No. 1) Order, 1961, is hereby cancelled p.1. 27/61. SCHEDULE PART I EPISKOPI AND AKROTIRI AREA Road Maximum Speed Limit Limassol - Paphos Road: Between a point opposite the Sovereign Base Areas Police H.Q. in the east and a point at the junction of Pembroke Rise with the main road in the west. Limassol - Paphos Road: Between a point 100 yards east of culvert 72/1 in the east and a point at culvert 72/9 in the west. Kolossi - Akrotiri Road: Between a point at the north end of the straight road through the Fassouri Plantation and a point opposite forest cairn No. 29 south of the Fassouri Plantation. Asomatos - Akrotiri Road: Between a point aproximstely 110 yards from where the boundary of the Areas and the Republic crosses the road south of Asoniatos and a point at the junction of the Kolossi - Akrotiri and Fassouri - Asomatos roads. Kolossi - Akrotiri Road: Between a point at the junction of the main road with the track to Akrotiri village on the north and a point at the junction of the main road with the track to Akrotiri village on the south. Episkopi - By-Pass Road (M.1): Between a point at the junction of the By-Pass Road with the Kolossi - Akrotiri Road in the east and a point at the junction of the By-Pass Road with the Limassol - Paphos Road in the west. 50

4 54 PART rt[ DHEKELIA AREA R:Tad Maximum Speed Limit Larnaca - Famagusta Road: Between a point 100 yards to the south west of the junction with Waterloo Road and a 3o point approximately 1,500 yards to the north of Famagusta mile stone No. 15. Dhekelia Area Ring Road: At a point between the junction of the main Larnaca - Famagusta Road and Waterloo Road in the south, throughout the length of Waterloo Road and a point at the junction of the Larnaca - Famagusta Road and Waterloo Road in the north. ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 2. In exercise of the powers vestedin him by section 2 of the Public Health (Villages) Ordinance,the Administrator has ordered that the village of AKROTIRI shall be added to the Schedule to the said Ordinance in its proper alphabetical position under the heading Limassol District. 2. 5 No. 35 THE COURTS ORDINANCES 1960 AND (ORDINANCES 3 of 1960 and 7 of 1961.) COURT FEES ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 63 (d). In exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 63 (d) of the Courts Ordinances, 1960 and 1961, the Administrator make; the following Order:- 1. This Order may be cited as the Court Fecs (Amendment) $; Order and shall be construed as one with the Court Fees Order P. 323 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order ). 2 The principal Order is amended by the deletion in paragraph 2 (3) of the letter C and the substitution therefor of the letter D. 3. Paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 and 16 are hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor :- (3) All fees of Court shall be taken in cash. (4) The amount sf fees collected shall be paid into revenue subject to any financial or other accounting instructions in force for the time being. (6) No proceeding in respect whereof a fee of Court is payable shall be had or taken unless such fee shall have been paid and disposed of in the manner hereinbefore mentioned; except only in the case where the Court has power to authorise the having or taking of such proceedings without payment of a fee, and the leave of the Court in that behalf has been obtained. (14) No summons or writ shall be detached from its counterfoil except for the purpose of being used and after the fee has been paid. Spoiled forms shall not be detached. (15) All applications for office copies of any document recorded in the Court or for certifying any copy as a true copy shall be made to the Regictrar in writing, who shall assess the appropriate fee payable in each case. (16) All fees for office copies and for certifying any copy to be a true copy shall be taken in cash, which shall be paid into revenue. 4. Appendices to the principal Order are amended as follows :- (i) by deleting Appendices C, E and (3 ; (ii) by the substitution for Appendix D of Appendix C as set out in the Schedule hereto; ; ;;; ICYPrus)

6 56 (iii) by re-lettering Appendix F as Appendix D ; and (iv) by the substitution for the words document to be stamped, appearing in the third column of all the Appendices to the principal Order, of the words manner of disposal. APPENDIX C ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ORDINANCE (Cap. 189, Laws of Cyprus). The following fees shall be paid in cash:- 1.
