3 SERVICE AGREEMENT The client signs a service agreement with Mahandru Associates Dubai for the complete set of services provided. Initial payment of the program will be credited PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS Details of previous employment record will be collected ( if applicable) Prospecting available job offers on the market The legal and public relation team will submit the acquired offer letter ONE WORK PERMIT IS APPROVED Second set of payment will be deposited A copy will be sent to the client and the respective consular authority of the client place of residency Assistance in acquiring a national work visa for the travel will be provided ONCE THE NATIONAL WORK VISA IS APPROVED 1 WEEK 1-2 WEEK 8-10 WEEK Second set of payment will be credited Applicant will be travelling to lithuaina as per the entry validity of the visa WHILE IN LITHUANIA 2-3 WEEK Application will start the submission of the application for a residency permit with in 30 days of arrival in Lithuaina

4 WORK PERMIT REQUIREMENT There following set of requirements can be taken as a guideline for Appling for a work permit in Lithuania. Legal employment age of 18 and above Any nationality who has all the legal identity documents from the country of origin or residence. Having own source of income through employment or small business. Capable of basic level of communication in English (standardized test are not required). Previous work experience in a chosen field is an advantage; but not a requirement. Willing to relocate to Lithuania. Clean criminal record in the country of origin/residence.

6 SUMMARY The work permit will be issued for a period of two years with a possibility of extension Children under the age of 18 can be sponsored as dependent by the primary applicant after obtaining the residency permit The application for a residency permit should be logged immediately after arriving in Lithuania and will take a period of two month for approval Kindly request for a private consult to understand about the possible additional costs while you are in Lithuania The work permit holder has to stay in Lithuania for the duration of application for a residency permit. As a resident of Lithuania, the permit holder will be entitled for all the social benefits like free education and medical care. The residency card will allow the holder to travel and stay in any of the Schengen states for a period of 6 month. The permit holder will be entitled to apply for a permanent EU card and Lithuanian citizenship after a period of five years.
