Invest no less than $500,000 in a U.S. approved project located in a targeted employment area Directly or indirectly create 10 jobs in the approved project May undergo an interview with the immigration officer in USA IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL ALSO APPLY: A legal fee of $55,000 USD per file Elevay professional fee provided upon request Processing fee At present the USCIS charges $1,500 submission fee. This cheque will be written directly to the USCIS $ will be required for each additional household member applying Your I-829 Permanent Visa Application is NOT INCLUDED in this agreement. Birth certificates (certified copy or notarized) 5. Marriage certificate (certified copy or notarized, if applicable) 6. Your last 6 months bank statements for all accounts (current, saving, investment, etc.) 7. Letters of reference from your employers (if employed) should describe the position, duties related to the position and the salary and/or contracts of employment with letters of appointment. They must also include contact information and nature of the business during the term of employment, your duties, responsibilities and your income (broken down by salary, benefits, commissions and bonuses) with, if applicable, an explanation of the basis for calculating commissions and bonuses 8. Business registration and license issued by the local government confirming the registration of the business (if you own the business) 9. IMPORTANT TIPS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY USED IN YOUR APPLICATION 8 pcs Photographs taken within the last 6 months, and 2 x 2 inches, 50mm x 50mm, in size; The image size measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head (including hair) should not be less than 1 inch, 25mm, and not more than 1-3/8inches, 35mm; Photographs must be clear, front view, full face, without hat or dark glasses, and printed on a plain light (white) background; Must be taken with a neutral expression (not laughing or frowning ) with your mouth closed They must be in color and the image size must correspond to the dimensions on the diagram on this page and at least 1/2 space between the top of the head to the top edge of the photograph; Photographs retouched so that your appearance is changed are unacceptable; Snapshots, most vending machine prints, and magazine or full-length photographs are unacceptable; Photo must have been taken within the last 6 months Elevay warrants that all information contained in this document was accurate at the time it was originally published but as changes do occur which are beyond our control we cannot guarantee the same level of accuracy beyond the publication date.
