We would like to maintain our friendship. Our common language is Kenpo. In a friendly training atmosphere we share our knowledge and we learn from one another. 2 Event Location The camp takes place in the Wilhelm Kliever Haus (Ungermannsweg 8, Mönchengladbach, Germany). The area is located in the Hardter Wald at the edge of the Naturpark Schwalm Nette. The overnight stays including breakfast and the Brotherhood Dinner are booked there as well. Costs & Services Costs per participant: This includes: Seminars on Saturday and Sunday, Overnight stays incl. breakfast from Saturday to Sunday, Lunch snacks incl. tea and coffee on Saturday and Sunday, Soft drinks during the seminars, Brotherhood Dinner in the form of a Winter BBQ on Saturday (you have to pay for your drinks there yourself), Certifi cate, Event-T-Shirt and Seminar-Patch. Organization Arrival is possible on Friday, January 25th starting at 3 pm. Checkout will be possible on Monday, January 28th until 10 am. For arrival on Friday, an additional fee of per person will be charged for overnight stay including breakfast (registration is urgently required). For departure on Monday, an additional fee of per person will be charged for overnight stay including breakfast (registration is urgently required). For the overnight accommodation we propose you bright and friendly double rooms, 3 bed rooms or 4 bed rooms. These provide a modern furnishing, own sanitary facilities, internet and TV. Bed linen is provided, but you need to bring your own towels. We ask for you re your understanding that couples and instructors are given preference for the double rooms. The board on Friday evening is individual; with pleasure we will go with our guests to the nearby restaurant Fuchsbau (pre-announcement for booking is urgently required).

Through our closed Facebook group we will announce changes and updates as well. Notes The place award will only take place when the payment has been made within 14 days after receipt of the registration form. Otherwise the place can be reallocated elsewhere. The binding booking becomes effective on the receipt of payment. Cancellations must always be addressed in writing to For cancellations after October 31th 2018, the expenses can only be reimbursed when the place can be reallocated elsewhere. 5 Consent for data processing including the publication of pictures of persons in connection with the registration for the camp on 26th and 27th January The following details are required to perform the camp: Mandatory details: Name, gender, address, address, emergency contact / phone number, T-Shirt size With my signature I expressly approve the conditions of participation of the camp. A complete deletion of the published photographs and video recordings in the internet cannot be guaranteed by the association empty hands e.v., as for example other internet sites may have copied or modified the photographs and videos. 6 Information obligations according to article 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) The responsible person must provide the data which it is processing to the person in question according to article 13 and 14 of the EC General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The relevant information is stated in the articles below. 1. Name and contact data of the responsible person: Sportverein empty hands e. Purposes for which the personal data will be processed: The personal data will be processed for the realization of the International Friendship Kenpo Camp of the empty hands e.v. association (for example the organization of the sporting activity). Personal data in connection with sporting events including the reporting on these events will be submitted to the internet site of the association/camp, to websites of the association in social media as well as to local, regional and supra-regional print media. 3. Legal grounds which are the basis for the processing: The processing of personal data is normally carried out due to the necessity in order to fulfil a contract according to GDPR article 6 section 1 lit. b). Concerning the contractual relations, they comprise primarily the participation in the International Friendship Kenpo Camp of the association empty hands e. V. If personal data will be collected without the need of processing to fulfil the contract, the processing will be carried out due to the consent according to GDPR article 6 section 1 lit. a) in connection with article 7. The publication of personal data in the internet or in local, regional or supra-regional print media takes place to maintain the entitled interests of the association (refer to GDPR article 6 section 1 lit. f)). The legitimate interest of the association consists in the information of the public by reporting on activities of the association. In this context, personal data will only be published from pictures of the participants as for example for reporting purposes on sporting events of the association. 4. The recipients or categories of recipients of personal data: Personal data of the participants who join the International Friendship Kenpo Camp of the empty hands e.v. association will not be transferred to third parties. 5. Period for which the personal data will be stored or if that is not possible criteria concerning the determination of this period: The personal data will be stored for the duration of the International Friendship Kenpo Camp of the empty hands e.v. association. Upon completion of the International Friendship Kenpo Camp the data categories will carefully be preserved and maintained for organizing the next camp. The personal data will be deleted after three years of non-usage. The processing of these data will be restricted during the period between completion of the camp and the deletion of the data. 6. The person in question has the following rights which are specified in the articles stated below. These articles specify the provisions in question: - Right of access by the data subject according to article 15 GDPR, - Right to rectification according to article 16 GDPR, - Right to erasure according to article 17 GDPR, - Right to restriction to processing according to article 18 GDPR, - Right to data portability according to article 20 GDPR, - Right to object according to article 21 GDPR, - Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to article 77 GDPR - Right to revoke a given consent at any time without affecting the legality by which the effected processing has been made due to the consent until its revocation. 7. Source where the personal data are coming from: The personal data will basically be collected in the course of the registration for the International Friendship Kenpo Camp of the empty hands e.v. association.
