4 Personal account of IMRC-2018 participant For IMRC-2018 participation it s necessary to fill an application form on «Personal account» section of the IMRC official website Personal account entry is provided by link «Join the competition» in compliance with your attendee type: Individual participant / Team / Judge. Before completing the registration process, we recommend you reading through the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the XI International Mines Rescue Competition (published on ). Please note, only one authorized person fills the application form for team participation. If this person isn t a team member, but wants to participate the IMRC-2018 as an individual participant, he/she must fill the application form and register as an individual participant, using other accounting information. Candidate-judge, registering for IMRC-2018 participation, fills an initial application form and describes his/her mining experience, training, judging experience in Mines Rescue Competitions (international and domestic). During 5 days after Candidate-judge application the IMRC-2018 Organizing Committee makes decision on approval of Candidate-judge and informs him/her by about the decision. Than approved judge fills an additional information form in «Personal account». Please note, information about hotel, proposed for judges accommodation, and additional information form will be available on Personal account after the IMRC-2018 Organizing Committee approval. 4

5 Registration Representatives of participating teams and individual participants will receive an invoice for registration fee payment after application submission. Invoice will be sent to address specified at application. The registration is considered as completed after the payment. Registration fee payment automatically proves that participant agree with the IMRC-2018 Terms and Conditions, published on «News» and «Competition» sections of In case you need special invoice, participation agreement or confirmation documents, please contact the IMRC-2018 Organization Committee representatives via the Feedback form in your Personal Account or via this address: (please specify "Invoice" in the subject line). Please note, judges are responsible for the accommodation and travel (to/from Ekaterinburg) costs only. 5

6 IMRC-2018 Participant Fees Registration before Registration Team (to 10 members)*: euro euro after Visitor (Spectator): 450 euro 600 euro * - in case of the entry of Team from the Competition Waiting List, the payment will be done according to the application date. REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: Admission to all events of IMRC-2018; Mine rescue equipment provision for teams (according to the rules); Transportation services according to the program; (all transfers are organized only from and to the hotels, listed at ) Excursion program (field trips and guided tours); Assistance in obtaining Russian visa (if necessary). 6

7 Refund and cancellation policy In case of cancellation before April 15, 2018 no penalties (less the commission of the sending bank). In case of cancellation in the period from April 15, 2018 till May 31, % discharge (less the commission of the sending bank). In case of cancellation after May 31, % discharge Withdrawal of participation in the IMRC-2018 when a participation package has already been paid for can only be done in written form via imrc2018russia@gmail.com (please specify "Refund" in the subject line). To complete the refund procedure, you must fill out the refund application. Monetary refunds are made within seven banking days from the moment the application is received. 7

8 Travel and accommodation Each participant is responsible for accommodation and travel (to/from Ekaterinburg) costs. All necessary information about accommodation, travel and visa support, is provided on «Travel» section of the IMRC-2018 website Organizers propose 4 hotels to choose for team and individual booking. Judges will stay at a specialized hotel. The proposed hotels offer all the best for comfortable accommodation. Please note, for the IMRC-2018 participants special booking costs are provided. It s necessary to specify «IMRC-2018» code word in the booking request form. 9 Visa support issues Visa-free entry Citizens of over 30 countries do not need to have a visa to enter the Russian Federation. As a rule, residents of these countries are allowed to stay in Russia for up to 90 days. Citizens of CIS countries enjoy unlimited entry and exit: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Moldavia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan. Visa-free trips to Russia for up to 90 days are also available for citizens of Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Israel, Columbia, Nicaragua, Peru, Uruguay, Fiji, Chile, Ecuador, and some other countries. Visa-free trips to Russia for up to 30 days are allowed for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macao, Cuba, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Montenegro. Visa-free trips to Russia for up to 14 days are allowed for citizens of Hong Kong. The necessity of a visa can be determined at Russian diplomatic missions in your country. The full list of addresses of Russian embassies and consulates is available on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation ( An insurance policy effective in the Russian Federation is necessary even in cases of visa-free entry, and is to be paid by the participant. 9

10 Russian Visas The Organizing Committee offers visa support only after the confirmation of participation in the Event. Type of visa to be obtained: business visa. Procedure of obtaining visa: 1. Register at imrc2018.ru website Fill the additional information at Personal account on imrc2018.ru, attach all necessary documents Pay for the participant package; Clarify the list of documents required for a visa in your country 2. Obtain a unique registration number ("Telex") from the organizers (issuing not earlier than 2 months before the event) 3. Contact the Russian Consulate /Embassy / Visa Centre in your country and provide completed application with all necessary documents Wait for the visa approval (up to 15 days) All participants should register at the website: All information regarding participation in IMRC-2018 should be included in your Personal Account at Information about the trip, dates of arrival/departure, and need for visa support should be specified in the Additional information section of your Personal Account before June 30, The absence of required information prevents Organizers from providing the visa support. Visa support is provided by sending an invitation number ("Telex") not earlier than 2 months before the event. The visa procedure with Telex numbers is unique in that instead of providing an invitation letter travelers only have to specify their unique 6-digit Telex number. Additional costs related to receiving a Russian visa (consular fee, service fee, insurance) are paid by the participant. 10
