5 In compliance with General Order N 921, dated 16.AUG.989, by the General Direction, the Internal Regulations of the Department of Police Statistics was created, with its mission of advising the Institutional Superiors, providing them with police statistics information that will serve as basis to adopt decisions; and to national and international organisms, when the law so disposes it or the General Director so orders it and which will also serve to substantiate the requirements the Institution formulates for its better operation.

19 REPOLES 2010 National Report Evaluation Methodology: In 2010, the base lines were created and the evaluation will take place in 2011, comparing the average of a period to the average of the previous period. The variation required for the period will be 5%, i.e., in 2011 should reach 5% more than the 2010 period. A quarterly evaluation will be made.
