Target groups: Disadvantaged youth and young adults guideline (08/2010) young people between school and apprenticeship (f.e. early school leavers, lower secondary education) yound adults between apprenticeship and work (f.e. off-the-job-apprentices / außerbetriebliche Ausbildung) empirical evidence from evaluation avg. age of participants 23,5 years 80% of particiants experienced spells of unemployment (avg. duration 15 months) 40% have lower secondary education or less

Target group: qualified unemployed persons until age35; young persons for dual apprenticeship system in Germany (from age 18) Objective: integration of qualified unemployed into German labour market; or into dual apprenticeship system Incoming-Mobility Financed by Germany Implementation based on existing infrastructure (EURES)
