People with a form of protection will benefit of free legal advice and assistance in supporting effective implementation of certain actions to continue the
2 process of obtaining Romanian citizenship, such as: writing applications, direct contact with relevant institutions, accompanied beneficiaries meetings with them, etc.. Ensures that the procedure for determining refugees status is accurate and efficient and that the legislation and the activity of the specialized authorities are in accordance with international standards. IOM provides policy and technical advice to the government on the regulation of migrant labour
5 and other migratory movements, and carries out programmes to assist governments and migrants with selection/recruitment, language and cultural orientation, consular services, training, reception, integration and return. Main target group 4 migrants refugees The "Refugee women in Romania" project provides a good example of best practice because its aim is to promote and sustain democratic values and fundamental human rights, especially those of women and children refugees and migrants for their integration in Romanian society. Another activity is to develop an integrated service and support system for women and children refugees

The project provides services for disadvantaged people (counseling, consulting and humanitarian assistance) and also promotes tolerance and combating xenophobia and discrimination of any kind. Activities take place in: art, social work, women's rights, education, women's participation in public life, women's health / reproductive health, violence against women. Number 5 Organisation (original Un viitor impreuna - o societate pregatita sa accepte si sa beneficieze de prezenta cetatenilor straini cu sedere legala in Romania A future together - a society ready to accept and benefit from the presence of foreign citizens residing legally in Romania Serviciul Iezuit pentru Refugiati (JRS) Jesuit Refugee Service- Romania The project aims are to realize public information and awareness campaigns on the need and benefits
7 of legal immigration. Main target group 5 migrants refugees The main beneficiaries of this project are legal migrants established in Romania, coming from countries outside the European Union. The main objectives of the project are: Raising awareness of the population of Romania about the benefits of integrating foreigners with legal residence in Romania Increasing the level of knowledge about the various cultures of the foreigners legally residing in Romania for building a diverse society. Raising awareness of the population of Romania about the needs, method of integration, rights and obligations of the foreign citizens that live in Romania. The public information and awareness campaigns will be conducted in 12 counties in Romania, where according to data centralized by the Romanian Immigration Office is the largest number of foreigners, migrants and third country nationals (TCNs). Another aim of the project activities is to realize a media campaign (media campaign, making and broadcasting a TV spot and a radio commercial, online campaign) and seven local information seminars.
