8 事後指定記載見本 (MM4) 1 The designation of the European Union covers the following Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. If the European Union is designated, it is compulsory to indicate a second language before the Office of the European Union.
