7 We bring the full fight to human trafficking PREVENTION & RISK MITIGATION FOR BUSINESSES Defense Training for businesses to recognize and report sex trafficking, in all industries including hospitality, travel and transportation. Defense SUPPORTS Offensive efforts with law enforcement Offense brings REGIONAL EXPERTISE + LAW ENFORCEMENT PARTNERSHIPS to Defense PROSECUTION Offense Active involvement in the pursuit, apprehension and prosecution of predators alongside law enforcement. 7

8 How Offense works GUARDIAN GROUP FILLS THE GAP Example Report 1. Track regional activity; create geographic and cultural expertise 2. Build local relationships with Law Enforcement 3. Conduct real-time intelligence gathering and analysis on individual cases 4. Create case that LE trusts and is willing to act on, leading to more arrests and lives saved Law Enforcement Sex Traffickers Focused on winnable cases Limited resources for trafficking Need better and more effective intelligence Often lack the correct expertise (e.g. what crime to charge) Currently very difficult for law enforcement to identify, pursue, and charge sex traffickers, who almost always escape Recruit victims online, via word of mouth, and abduction Highly mobile / fast moving Could be independent or part of organized crime 8
