The average age of entry is just years of age. Street Grace was established in 2009 in Atlanta to bring together nonprofits, businesses, faith communities, and individuals in response to this rising presence of DMST in Georgia and across the United States. With a unique focus on preventing perpetrators from reaching our youth, Street Grace is a leader in fighting the demand for DMST by increasing awareness of, education about, and action against exploitation. Demand an End is a statewide collaborative campaign with the Attorney General s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. It ensures that city personnel and business owners are trained to recognize and report suspected cases of sex trafficking, and all law enforcement officers are equipped to arrest and aggressively prosecute purchasers and traffickers based on current laws. Youth Outreach provides ways to stop the cycle of DMST by partnering with church youth groups, middle schools, and high schools to equip students with knowledge, resources, skills, and confidence to protect themselves and their friends from becoming victims of sexual exploitation. The program also offers help and hope to those currently being victimized. Enclosed you will find the various levels of partnership available, along with a list of benefits for each level. Street Grace Programs The following programs educate schools, communities of faith, businesses and law enforcement on how to identify, prevent, and end DMST. DEMAND AN END A comprehensive campaign available to all 50 states educating and creating awareness regarding the issues and solutions to end sex trafficking by addressing the Demand. YOUTH INITIATIVES Equipping middle school and high school youth with knowledge, resources and confidence to protect themselves and their friends from becoming ensnared in any form of sexual exploitation. TRANSACTION INTERCEPT Eroding the notion of anonymity for those who are buyers of sex. This is quite possibly the single greatest weapon in reducing the DMST / CSEC demand in the marketplace. COMMUNITY AWARENESS We work throughout the community to help drive awareness through training, resources and education, putting tools in the hands of those who can make a difference. STREET TEAMS Street Teams are made up of volunteers from faith-based congregations, who act as boots on the ground, offering individuals a way out, knocking on doors, conducting trainings and tabling, and more. Street Team members are crucial in helping us educate and impact as many people as possible.
