2 Steve Hughes Hit Your Stride St. Louis, Missouri Steve Hughes is the founder and president of Hit Your Stride, LLC, a communications consultancy that helps people look and sound smart when they talk. He is the author of the book Captivate and his seminars have been featured on NPR, BBC Radio, and Businessweek. Steve is also the proud creator of International Be Kind To Lawyers Day (celebrated annually on the 2 nd Tuesday in April). Today he works with top tier clients including Fortune 500 companies, top law firms, national associations, and leading universities. Prior to consulting full time, Steve spent 12 years in advertising and public relations most recently he was the co owner of an award winning 50 person ad agency in St. Louis. He holds a BA in French Literature and European History from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Marketing from Washington University where he won the prestigious Olin Cup. Phil Klein TEDxRainier Redmond, Washington Phil Klein works with organizations, speakers and communities to produce excellent in person and video based events. Phil runs Community Knowledge Works, a consultancy that creates and supports immersive conferences and learning events. Phil Klein was the Community Experience Producer for the TED Conference 2014, was cofounder and leader of TEDxRainier in Seattle, and has produced numerous live and online events and community engagement activities. He has also worked with many speakers to produce over 120 talks, including a number that have reached millions of viewers. Phil has worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, City of Seattle, University of Washington, Microsoft, TED, and many other influential organizations. Phil has a Master's degree in Literature from University of Washington and is passionate about the art of effective communication and storytelling that spreads high value ideas.

9 About the Consultants: I lead teams, groups, communities, and work with individuals and organizations to create and manage programs and projects, manage change in organizations, develop reporting and data visualization tools, and knowledge sharing and learning initiatives. I also facilitate knowledge sharing and events such as immersive social video gatherings, conferences, and in- person participatory events. I worked as the Community Experience Producer for the TED Conference in Vancouver (held in March 2014) and have led numerous online and in- person conferences ranging from 15 to 1500 people.
