A determination will be made regarding the source of the contamination event and if warranted, the turf management plan will be altered; Groundwater Monitoring - a. Inspection of Groundwater Monitoring Wells: (1) Determine depth of water semiannually in the Spring after fertilization has occurred and in the Fall prior to the close of golf course operations for all groundwater monitoring wells, GW-1, GW-2, GW-3, GW-4, GW-5, GW-6, GW-7, GW-8; b. Groundwater Quality Sampling: (1) GW-2 Upgradient well location to monitor groundwater flow into the golf course property. Sample collection will occur semi-annually in the Spring after fertilization has occurred and in the Fall prior to the close of course operations; (2) GW-5 Downgradient well location to monitor groundwater flow leaving the golf course property. Sample collection will occur annually in the Fall prior to the close of golf course operations; (3) GW-6 Downgradient well location to monitor groundwater flow leaving the golf course property. Sample collection will occur annually in the Fall prior to the close of golf course operations; (4) GW-7 Monitoring well location centrally located to reflect impact course operations on groundwater quality. Sample collection will occur semi-annually in the Spring and in the Fall prior to the close of golf course operations; c. Groundwater Quality Test Parameters: (1) Specific Conductance: (a) Analyzed annually at GW-5 and GW-6 and semi-annually at GW-2 and GW-7; (2) ph:
