2 Page2 1. Opening Prayer 9:00 AM An opening prayer was provided to initiate the 1 st Annual General Meeting. 2. Opening Remarks 9:05 AM a. Chair Trina Mather Simard ATAC Chair Trina Mather Simard provided opening comments and thanked everyone for the support to build ATAC. She highlighted the success of the International Aboriginal Tourism Conference and thanked everyone for supporting her during her years of participation with ATAC. 3. Call to Order Verification of quorum 9:10 AM ATAC President and CEO Keith Henry advised the members and guests in attendance that a sign in sheet was provided for the record and quorum would be established in accordance with bylaws. There was a reminder about requirements for eligibility of voting status and that thirteen organizations/members were eligible to vote. Motions would be passed by simple majority of eligible members in attendance. 4. Approval of AGM Chair 9:15 AM Motion 2016/12/15 01 To appoint ATAC corporate lawyer Malcolm MacPherson Moved Robert Bernard Seconded Trina Mather Simard Mr. MacPherson took the floor and introduced himself to the delegation. 5. Approval of Draft Agenda 9:20 AM Motion 2016/12/15-02 The Draft Agenda presented to the ATAC members is approved. 6. ATAC Reporting 9:25 AM a.
