5 PROPOSITIONS DIXON PARK DISTRICT ADVISORY QUESTION OF PUBLIC POLICY Shall the Dixon Park District expand its collaboration and create additional partnerships with townships, the City of Dixon, other governmental entities, private businesses, and non-profit organizations to provide additional recreational opportunities for the community, where such collaboration and partnerships can result in cost savings to the residents of Dixon? PROPOSITIONS PROPOSITION TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE TAX RATE OF THE POLO FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Shall the maximum allowable tax rate for the Polo Fire Protection District be increased from 0.30% to 0.40% of the value of all taxable property within the District as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue? LAMOILLE COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 303 PROPOSITION TO ISSUE $2,000,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS Shall the Board of Education of LaMoille Community Unit School District Number 303, Bureau and Lee Counties, lllinois, build an addition to, alter, repair, equip and renovate the Van Orin School Building to maintain a K-3 facility and improve the site thereof and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $2,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof? PROPOSITION TO ISSUE $3,500,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS Shall the Board of Education of LaMoille Community Unit School District Number 303, Bureau and Lee Counties, Illinois, build and equip an addition to the Allen Junior High School Gymnasium Building to create a K-8 facility and improve the site thereof and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $3,500,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof'? OGLE-LEE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT PROPOSITION TO AUTHORIZE THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL AMBULANCE SERVICE TAX BY THE OGLE-LEE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Shall the Ogle-Lee Fire Protection District levy a special tax at a rate not to exceed.30% of the value of all taxable property within the district as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue for the purpose of providing an ambulance service?
