1 A. BASIC TERMS Fast & Furious 8 Buy and Win On Demand TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Organiser MEASAT BROADCAST NETWORK SYSTEMS SDN BHD (Company No A) 2. Name of Contest Fast & Furious 8 Buy and Win On Demand 3. Brief Description of Contest/ Programme This Contest is held in conjunction with the initiative to have customers connect their PVR to the internet, granting access to On Demand. Customers just need to purchase Fast & Furious 8 and other additional 2 titles from On Demand via their home PVR, and will stand a chance to win a custom edition Fast & Furious 8 electric skateboard and other prizes. Individuals who adhere to the eligibility criteria as set out in the Terms and Conditions may participate in this Contest. 4. Brief mechanism of Contest Depending on the contest period, customers who purchase Fast & Furious 8 and other additional 2 titles from On Demand via their home PVR within the contest period are eligible to participate and stand a chance to win the respective prizes. Entry steps as below: 1. Visit 2. Fill up the entry form on the website, answer two (2) questions and name your dream car creatively with a reason in less than 150 words. 3. Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice; and check the acknowledgement box to indicate acceptance thereof; 4. Click on the Submit button to complete the participation. The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period. 5. Eligibility Criteria a) Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysians of the Age of Eligibility below who are active Astro customers their immediate family members* as at 3 rd August 2017 b) Participants must be Malaysian citizens and must possess valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Cards ( NRIC ). Active Astro customer means a subscriber of the Astro Service and whose account is current and active with no outstanding payments due and owing to Astro and who has not breached the Astro subscription agreement nor given any instructions to terminate and /or suspend his/her subscription to the Astro Service as at the date of winner notification. Winners must remain active Astro customers until the date of collection of prizes *immediate family members means spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters - 1 -

Ineligibility (1) Employees and scholars of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and its group of companies and their **immediate family members; and (2) Employees of NBCUniversal its subsidiaries and their **immediate family members. ** as defined in Clause 5 above 7. Age of Eligibility 18 years of age and above as of 3 August Charges Save and except that Contestants are required to subscribe to the movies and be charged a subscription fee as set out in Clause 4 above to be eligible to participate in this contest, the Organiser does not charge for participant entries submitted by the participants. For the purpose of this Contest, a Contest entry is considered valid upon the successful subscription and payment of the relevant Movie via the Entry Procedure as stated in Clause 11 below during the Contest Period subject to other criteria set out herein ( Entries ). 9. Contest Period 12.00am, 3 August pm, 31 October 2017 The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion. 10. Language of Contest The Contest is organized by the Organiser in the English and Malay language only. Entries submitted in any other language will be rejected by the Organiser. 11. Entry Procedure To participate in the Contest, eligible Participants are required to purchase the movies during the Contest Period by performing the following: - a) VOD Downloads Press the Home button on the Astro remote control; Select On Demand and press the OK button on the Astro remote control; Scroll down to Astro First and Best or Movies For You & Search for the movie; Select Buy and enter Pin Code. If you have not set your Pin Code before, the default pin is Participants with successful purchase will be notified and charged to account accordingly. After customers purchased the second and third titles from On Demand via their home PVR, customers will need to follow the 3 steps below to: 1. Visit 2. Fill up the entry form on the website, answer two (2) questions and name your dream car creatively with a reason in less than 150 words. 3. Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice; and check the acknowledgement box to indicate acceptance thereof; 4. Click on the Submit button to complete the participation. The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification and validation. 12. Entry Deadline Depending on the contest period, all entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 11.59pm 31 October 2017 Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes

Address Selection of Winners Sixteen (16) eligible contestants will need to provide correct answers to two (2) questions and complete one (1) slogan: Name your dream car creatively with a reason in less than 150 words. In the event that the number of entries does not reach the requisite number, the Organiser shall be entitled to determine the Winners at its sole discretion. Notification of winners The Contest Winners will be announced and published by the Organiser on or before 30 November 2017 on the Astro Circle website at Collection Period Within one (1) month from the date of Notification of Winners by the Organiser. Note: Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited. 18. Collection Venue Prizes will be sent to the Winners at the address as provided by such Winners. Winners may be required to collect the Prizes in person at such location as may be notified by the Organiser. 19. Additional Terms, if any (a) Eligible Contestants may only submit one (1) entry. In the event of multiple submissions, only the latest submission within the contest period will be taken into account. Each Astro account is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null and void. (b) Contest Winners must continue to be *Active Astro customers until the collection of Prizes, failing which Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Winners from the Contest and any Prize won will be forfeited. (c) Contestants under the same Astro account will not be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest if such Astro account has been awarded any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest organized by the Organiser in the past three (3) months from the date when Winners names of this Contest are announced as stipulated in Clause 16 above. (d) Admission to the event venues mentioned in this document is subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant venues

4 (e) The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes. (f) The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the Prizes delivered by post. (g) The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the provisions in the prevailing terms and conditions governing the On Demand movie subscription in general i.e. On Demand Terms and Conditions ( Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions ). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions herein and those contained in the Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions governing the Contest shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Contest. (h) In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest or the redemption of the prize, contestants shall resolve all such disputes with Astro Circle. The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively Terms and Conditions ) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest ( Contestants ). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice

5 Fast & Furious 8 Buy and Win On Demand AMENDMENTS TO THE BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the above Contest with immediate effect. The following clauses in the Basic Terms and Conditions shall be replaced as follows: Clause 9 Contest Period 12.00am, 3 August pm, 31 October 2017 The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion. Clause 12 Entry Deadline All entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 11.59pm 31 October 2017 Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes. Clause 16 Notification of Winners The Contest Winners will be announced and published by the Organiser on or before 30 November 2017 on the Astro Circle website at Clause 17 Collection Period On or before 31 January 2018 or as many be arranged between the Winners and the Organiser. Note: Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited. Unless otherwise stated above, the Basic Terms and Conditions of the above Contest remain unchanged and shall be valid and enforceable.
