1 TORONTO BLUE JAYS CONTEST (the Contest ) 1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and win, you must be: (i) a resident of Ontario, and be (ii) 19 years of age or older. You are not eligible to enter or win, if you are: (a) an employee of Sport & Social Club (the Sponsor ), Facebook Inc., and each of their respective parents, governors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders and agents; (b) anyone involved in the development and/or administration of the Contest (all parties listed in (a) to (b), collectively, the Released Parties ); or c) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons. 2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins at 12:30 pm (ET) on April 11, 2017 and all entries must be submitted and received by 8:29 pm (ET) on April 11, 2017 (the Entry Deadline and Contest Close Date ). In order to participate in this Contest, an entrant must fill in a valid contest entry ballot between the Entry Deadline and Contest Close Date ). This ballot will then be entered into the draw, which will take place at 8:30 pm ET on April 11, 2017, live on Facebook.com/sportandsocialclub. All Submissions must comply at all times with the applicable Submission requirements outlined herein (collectively, the Submission Requirements ). The Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to receive an Entry as a result of an Entrant s non-compliance with any restrictions. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Sponsor may screen any or all Entries. Any Entry that the Sponsor deems, in their sole discretion and at any point in time, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, including violations of the Submission Requirements outlined below, will be subject to disqualification, without notice. Submission REQUIREMENTS Each Submission must comply with the following (as applicable): 1. the Submission is completed in full, as outline on the entry ballot 2. the entrant has all necessary rights in and to the Submission and each individual component thereof; c. the Submission must be captured with a member of sport and social club staff overseeing it. d. the Submission must not include third party trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculpture (other than those of the Sponsors) 5. the Submission must not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; 6. the Submission must not contain any reference or likeness of any identifiable third parties

2 (unless the entrant has obtained consent from such third parties, which consent must be provided to the Sponsor upon request. Failure to provide proof of consent will result in disqualification of the Submission); g. the Submission must not give rise to any claims whatsoever including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party; and h. the Submission must not be defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity (partial or otherwise); alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups; content that endorses, condones and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky behaviour or conduct; personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of the Sponsor; conduct or other activities in violation of these Official Rules; and/or any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, disparaging, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. ENTRY PLATFORMS There is one ballet format entrant can submit his/her Submission in order to enter the Contest, each resulting in one (1) Entry. There is a maximum of one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period FOR ALL ENTRIES By entering the Contest and submitting an Entry, each Entrant: (i) grants to the Released Parties, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her Entry(ies) and each individual component thereof, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Entry(ies) and each individual component thereof in favour of the Released Parties (and anyone authorized by them to use the Entry(ies) or a component thereof); and (iii) agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims related, directly or indirectly, to his/her Entry(ies) (or a component thereof) including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action. For greater certainty, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, edit or remove any Entry (or a component thereof), or to request an Entrant to modify or edit his or her Entry (or a component thereof), if a complaint is received with respect to the Entry (or a component thereof), or for any other reason at any time. If such an action is

3 necessary at any time, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to: (a) disqualify the Entry; (b) disqualify the Entrant and his/her Entry; and/or (c) to take whatever action the Sponsor deems appropriate in circumstances as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted in any other manner and format other than what is outlined hereinabove will not be accepted. The Released Parties will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late Entries, all of which will be void. Use (or attempted use) of any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. 3. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize (the Prize ) available to be won. The Prize includes two (2) tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays game on April 12, 2016 at the Rogers Centre. The approximate value of the prize is one hundred dollars ($ CAD). Specific seat location shall be in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and his/her guests shall be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with the Prize not outlined as included above, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from winner s home residence and the Rogers Centre, drinks, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and all incidental and personal expenses. Winner and his/her guests will be required to follow all directions of the Sponsor and the (Venue/outfit/corporation of prize); failure to do so may result in termination of their participation, or continued participation, in the Prize. Winner s guests must be 19 years of age or older to participate in this Prize. Prize is not transferable or assignable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equivalent monetary value if a Prize or any part of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The Released Parties will not be responsible, however, if weather conditions, game cancellations, or other factors beyond Sponsor s reasonable control prevent a Prize or any part of a Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winner will not be provided with a substitute Prize or cash equivalent. Prizes will only be released to the verified winner. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible winner. Prize Winner and his/her guests acknowledge and accept all risk of damages, injury or other loss incidental to any game for which tickets are issued, whether occurring before, during or after the game, and hereby voluntarily agree to assume the same. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse admission and/or to expel from any game and/or any other aspect of a Prize, any person whose conduct is deemed by them to be objectionable. Expulsion from a game cancels the tickets for the offending individual(s) and the individual(s) thereupon forfeit(s) all claims with respect to the tickets. Participation in a Prize is subject to compliance with all applicable laws,

4 by-laws, regulations and any applicable facility or carrier rules; failure to comply may result in non-admission or expulsion from further participation in the Prize. 4. DRAWING: On or around April 11, 2017, one (1) entrant will be selected from among all eligible Entries received by the Sponsor. Sponsor or their designated agent will attempt to notify the selected entrant by and phone. To be declared the winner of the Prize, a selected entrant must first correctly answer, a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, in a format of the Sponsor s choosing. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within one (1) business day of the first attempted notification by Sponsor; (ii) fails to correctly answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question; (iii) fails to execute and return to Sponsor any required Declaration and Release of Liability forms for the selected entrant, within the time period indicated on such forms; and/or (iv) cannot accept the applicable Prize as awarded for any reason whatsoever; then the applicable Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible entrant. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 5. RELEASES, ETC.: Before being declared a winner of a Prize, a selected entrant will be required to confirm they have read and agree to these Official Contest Rules via to Sponsor. 6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the limitations of liability set forth elsewhere in these Official Contest Rules and/or the Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by any social media platform users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the capturing and/or processing of Entries; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; c) any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, these Official Contest Rules, the selection and/or announcement of eligible winner(s), and/or the distribution of any Prize(s); and/or g) any combination of the above. 7. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of receiving one or more messages, whether electronic or not, from the Sponsor or its designated representative, which may provide entrants with information regarding the Contest or otherwise further the administration of the Contest. The entrant will be deemed to have solicited these messages from the Sponsor by virtue of entering the Contest. By accepting any Prize, the winner consents to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of his/her names, address (city, province/territory), voice, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including, but not limited to, the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property, including, but not limited to, trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor, and/or their respective affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 9. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules. 10. MISCELLANEOUS: All decisions of the Sponsor, or any contest judging organization as designated by it, are final and binding without right of appeal in all matters relating to this Contest. The Released Parties will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, postage-due, misdirected, affected by technical failures, errors or late Entries which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrant (or any other entrant(s) as deemed necessary by the Sponsor). Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who fill in the information. An entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the entry in question. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, from this Contest and any future Contest or other promotion conducted by Sponsor, any individual that it finds or believes to be not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules; to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Subject only to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, the Sponsor reserves the right, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Contest Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Contest Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor affects the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, or for any other reason. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contestrelated materials, the terms and conditions of these English Official Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6 12. SOCIAL MEDIA SITES: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints will be directed to the Sponsor and not Facebook. Facebook are indemnified and held harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) for any claim related to the Contest including, without limitation, the publicity or administration thereof. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of the administration and fulfillment of this Contest. 13. By entering the Contest, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that (PRIZE SPONSOR) sole and exclusive role in the Contest is that of Prize Supplier and that (PRIZE SPONSOR) is in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest or the selection of Winners and that all such responsibility rests with the Sponsor.
